Panera Bread

Bad cooking as lettuce was old and you could tell manager was inconvenienced just by her attitude and snobby attitude along with the cook whom couldn't be bothered for a little butter for the burnt bread and served me and my husband maybe a half cup soup for the 2for2 deal and my husband ordered a full sandwich which and old lettuce on it gross and so much more like the cashier stands there when they are clearly not busy and they all talk and listen to music instead of cleaning tables and so on. Very disappointing and for what little we got and getting sick we won't return to this location.

I ordered a Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich but got mostly Kale! There was maybe a Tablespoon of the chicken salad on it. I feel cheated, I didn't order vegan! Quit skimping Panera Bread!

My first time trying it. Was pretty busy, but the service was quick. I had the French Onion soup and a Caesar salad along with a Dr. Pepper. Onion soup was great, thick and rich with plenty of good flavor, however the croutons that were on it tasted stale and not appetizing. The Caesar salad dressing was tasty, but some of the lettuce was old, brown and slimy. The Dr. Pepper even tasted watered down. Not the best first impression of the place. I'll give it another shot however, just for the soup alone minus the croutons that is

We have always liked going to Panera so when they opened this one up, we were happy to be able enjoy it. The dining area is open and they also have a drive thru. There is an area to eat outside as well. The inside has been clean each time we go and the food is always delivered in a timely manner. You can order online, at a kiosk inside, or at the counter with an employee. There is a screen that let's you know if your order is being made or ready to go. They have a pick up location for to go orders. This location has been great at being diverse with their employees. The employees have been nice and helpful. This is located in a pretty busy area so getting in and out can be crowded and the surrounding roads are quite busy. Currently, masks are required inside the building.

Look I get it. Its panera bread I'm not expecting high quality. But please don't serve old avacado on their sandwich to people. Its nasty.

Why yes I love my salad with a side of plastic chunks. Who picked these out and thought they would be okay and safe to put in someone's salad?

Terrible customer service. Eating lunch with a friend and we were standing near the counter to order and the guy says "let me know when you want to order" He then goes over to the side and starts having a personal conversation with another coworker that we could hear along with the people behind us. Was I just supposed to yell over their conversation to tell him we're ready to order now 2 minutes after he walked away? When our buzzer went off I brought it up to the counter to get our food and a different worker kind if snapped at me because I didn't know to put it in the basket. Food was decent, but I hadn't been to a Panera in quite some time and now I know why.. I even added a tip to my total, which I don't know why because you have to get your own food and they weren't friendly.

Had the Greek Godess Chicken Salad which had great ingrediatns and tasted very good. The problem is I asked for extra dressing so they gave me three containers but each had so little dressing in it all 3 didn't add up to even half of one full container. Altogether, I estimate I got 1/3 oz of dressing. Seriously, I would be embarrassed to serve that to someone. A twelve dollar salad should include at least an ounce of dressing. What could have been a great salad was just ok.

We have been to this location twice and will not go back. First of all, your customer service stinks! Not friendly and I had to say good morning and wish them a good day. My husband's breakfast sandwich was very greasy. Did not eat it all. I wanted Hazelnut coffee and it was gone so I advised the clerk. She said they were making more. I waited and came back, still no coffee. I advised her again. Waited and came back the third time, still no Hazelnut coffee!! I decided this is the last time we will go to Panera!! Both times have not been friendly and mediocre food.

Came in and the self order machines did not work while trying to pay with a card. When I did get the order, I got the wrong orderchipotle chicken sandwich instead of the pizza, this is understandable. Pizza was good when I got it but did they change the sizes of their soup? My wife got the CB soup and literally I could eat that with one gulp. Not sure what's going on but Panera is going down in quality.
