Standard Panera food, it's good, no complaints. However, the staff seems largely unorganized and unhelpful. Placed a pick-up order, and they couldn't find it. How does that happen? Anyway, I ended up waiting 40 minutes for the order they said was done before I even walked in the door. Will be avoiding this location in the future.Food: 4/5
Going to Panerai is a big deal for us, since it is over an hour trip. The food we like is good when they have it. We love the loaf of cheesy bread, but they don't make enough so most of the time they are out. It makes for great roast beef sandwiches, and we just made a roast last night, so looking forward to the sandwiches tonight since we were close because of a doctor's appointment, and getting home late. We got the Danish ring which is good, but would be better if they had a Danish with fruit and cheese together.
The food was excellent as usual, but lately the service leaves much to be desired. Orders were incomplete, and when we attempted to have them completed the kitchen staff seemed resentful and still failed to get the order right. After my third attempt to have my smoothy made I finally gave up and got a refund for it instead.Food: 4/5
I ordered a mitten sugar cookie online for pick up and when I opened it at home, it was unbelievably BURNT, and I mean BLACK on the edges. A $3.50 cookie that's completely inedible! With recession and inflation, I don't have the money to waste. I will be driving all the way back to this store to see what they will do to fix this disappointing experience.
Food and atmosphere: 5 stars, but service only 2??? It comes to this... if you serve good food with good ambience, but CUSTOMER service is lacking, this is what the review looks like. Day 1: Iced Coffee with a shot of espresso and a shot of Madagascar Vanilla. Served as rapid pickup, a cup with ice, with the espresso and vanilla in it. Self-serve iced coffee at the fountain. Day 2: Iced Coffee with a shot of espresso and a shot of Madagascar Vanilla. Served as rapid pickup, a cup with the espresso and vanilla in it. Self-serve ice and iced coffee at the fountain. Day 3: Iced Coffee with a shot of espresso and a shot of Madagascar Vanilla. Served as rapid pickup, an empty cold cup... with the espresso and vanilla in a separate hot cup. Self-serve ice and iced coffee at the fountain. All this so far is fine except... every time it has been different and I have to ask questions, it feels like Panera is put off by the fact that I don't understand the individual process each time because there hasn't been standarization and that I have to ask for clarification. This doesn't actually fit the process of "rapid pickup". At other locations, since I've joined the Panera Sippers Club, they make the drink: Iced Coffee with a shot of espresso and a shot of Madagascar Vanilla. No questions. Smooth service in and out. Although I don't require them to do everything for me, I would prefer that I felt valued rather than an inconvenience . To be continued. This may not be a true pattern, but instead, perhaps only a few people taking shortcuts. Or worse... maybe the other locations are just providing unnecessary excellent customer service!
Food is a bit expensive for the portion size but the new sandwiches taste great. Soup tastes like it was heated in a microwave.Food: 4/5
I was really looking forward to a really good salad… I was on my lunch break… They couldn’t find my name which wasted 10 minutes of my time… Once I finally was able to stop and eat my salad, the croutons were absolutely as stale as they could possibly get… There was no crunch… Nothing… It was the most disappointing salad I have ever had… I will not be coming back to this particular location
I am definitely a fan of dislocation, living across the street from it I frequently get breakfast here my order is always made correctly, and I always get acknowledged when I walk in
