I enjoyed my visit at this location. I placed an egg white AVC spinach sdw with no salt and extra spinach. My sandwich was loaded with my request and freshly made. Thanks for that! That’s my left over ;
Panera Bread has gone down the tubes, it’s sad. Catered breakfast food and every item was a disappointment. Bagels were cold, unsliced, and not toasted. Paid for cream cheese but didn’t receive them nor did we receive napkins or utensils for the other items we ordered. All the pastries tasted 5 days old. The fruit cups were only filled with melons and cantaloupes. Coffee jug was half filled. They required a 20% tip and a service fee. I’ll stick with MK catering in the future!
I had the broccoli cheddar soup and it was amazing, broccoli was solid and not mush. They were out of bread which was unfortunate. The new charge lemonade are good don't drink more than one thoug or else you'll get jittery.Food: 5/5
First time at this Panera, and chicken sandwich was not very good considering spending over $12.00 plus taxes for 2 sandwiches. Also got the sour dough bread, which is a round form baked bread, hard as a rock, but planned to have for breakfast next day, added water on top to soften this, NOT! only could eat the inside. To give this Panera Bread location a break, and my first time, it may be who is cooking this chicken sandwich and how long was the sour dough bread left in open air. But I'm done. There is a sandwich place on Connecticut Avenue that has an absolutely fried chicken sandwich that was delicious, but $15 plus tax was a bit steep, BUT!, that sandwich was well worth the expense, but I will not spend that monies again. Bottom line, you take a chance now eating from these sandwich shops in D.C. downtown/K Street/Connecticut, D.C. sandwich shops business districts sadly they are struggling and I want to support them, but that shut-down destroyed a lot of good businesses.
I normally get bakery here but today I want to order breakfast. Woman cashier told me to look at Breakfast menu. While I’m looking at the menu, there are a family of four pp come and cashier took their orders one by one. Then the mother steps away said she wants to look at breakfast menu. I then thought the cashier can take my order but she said firmly “I still take order of this group” and looked annoyed at me. The cashier treated this group so different from treated me. So I left, don’t want to ruin my Friday with this attitude and selective cashier.
Good place to grab a quick bite. Convenient to work. Priced well. Stop in. The employees are quite friendly. Service is great.
I ordered a steak arugula sandwich with no onions allergies. When I opened it at my desk, lo and behold it had onions. So I walked back over and asked for a redo I can't just pick the onions off because it would make me very sick the lady at the register was extraordinarily gracious about it. The kitchen... A disaster, after messing it up twice again, they give me what you see in the picture. Not up to standards and the wrong bread!!! I'll eat it cause I'm hungry and they made me wait my whole lunch time. But I'm not happy. Must note that after the sandwich went back a second time my money was refunded. Front of the house gets an A+, kitchen failed miserably.

Rude staff, no self service station, unfriendly people, cramped space. Not coming back. They treated me like I was robbing
I would avoid this Panera at all cost. Customer service is not existent ... Apparently we were bothering the person Nav taking the order as it seemed as if she was about to leave the store. Made an unpleasant comment and her demeanor wasnt pleasant at all. My pregnant wife had to go to the bathroom and she was told that she had to wait because the other was "reserved" for employees only. She couldn't wait any longer so we went back to the same unpleasant employee who after checking with her supervisor "allowed" her to go in. The ABSOLUTE WORST service ever received at a PB. Stay away from this one and if Nav is your cashier GOOD LUCK with that ...
