I love frequenting Panera bread for their salads/ sandwiches. This location is just another usual Panera bread. I stoped by to pick an Asian salad with crunchy chicken at their drive through option. The service was slow. Even though it was not crowded, I had to wait for a while. The salad was pretty decent, like another Panera bread location.
The absolute sweetest employee’s as well as amazing service! The food is always good but this time I had to brag on the day manager - he helped carry my food to the table, checked on every table in the building & since it was raining, he even offered to walk us out to the car with his umbrella! Just an overall wonderful lunch experience.
First time using the kiosk to order but overall an easy to use menu. And a very satisfying selection !Food: 5/5
The food is always so good at Panera! I just tried the new Chicken Tikka Masala Soup and it was so good! My new favorite! I also had the new Buffalo Chicken Melt. It was also really good and not super spicy.
Very bad experience. Coming here isn’t usually the best experience but this time it was just absolutely horrible. As soon as I placed my order the lady talked to me as if it was a bother I was ordering. Then I get to the window to pay for my order. I paid and then after another lady comes to the window and asks me to pay again. I am the only person in the drive through line. I tell her what I had and she just stares at me. So I hand her the receipt. Then she says with a big attitude “ oh so I guess you don’t want the croissant” I had no clue the girl before her did not ring up the croissant. She doesn’t say sorry or address the issue , just tells me what I owe for the croissant. It’s no big deal it was forgotten, but there is no need to have an attitude or act bothered. That is not good customer service. Then the only car behind us drives off because it is taking that long to get our food. I work in healthcare and even when I do something as simple as bring patients water I keep my manners and professionalism. This would be a good establishment if the workers did not appear lazy, rude, monotoned, and bothered.
My sandwich was cold and half done. Now my sandwich looks nothing like their advertisements. I had to wait 17 for my order and still get a cold sandwich. Their drive thru window is so nasty. The young lady that was taking orders was more interested in her phone than taking care of customers.
This place has new people. All appearing to be trained in a mediocre fashion, no standard of accountability. It was better in the past. I hope they can get their act together. They have more fun joking and laughing than even remotely treating their guests with common decency. Considering all of this, now you can imagine how the food turned out for my guest and I. Embarrassing.
I wouldn't recommend going hear unless you don't like getting what you ordered and you enjoy sandwiches that are sub par. I had a to go order and thankfully I checked my order before leaving because they didn't make my soup I ordered and when I went back in for my soup the lady was trying to argue with me about getting my soup so she asked the cook and he looked so confused when asked him about the soup but anyway I finally got my soup. Then I get home to eat and pull out my Chicken ceaser salad and that was a fail also. There was no chicken, no dressing, no croutons or cheese there was only lettuce. So at this point I'm thinking well surely my sandwich has to be good they couldn't have messed up every single thing I ordered. I open up my sandwich and nope I'm wrong I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and what appears to be a grilled ceese is staring back at me so I open it up to investigate and yes technically it had steak on it but the amount that was on there yeah not much to say about that. I feel like I wasted my money and I wouldn't recommend going there especially if you like to get what you order
Rapid pick up has moved behind the counter, which defeats the notion of rapid if I have to stand there waiting for anyone, as in ANYONE, behind the counter to look up and notice I was there. Instead of an empty cup to get my own iced tea, someone fixed it for me with basically no ice I get to work and take a sip and appears they also decided I wanted sweet tea, which I did not. Very frustrating. Managment: Please stop trying to fix things that aren't broken.
Great food! Healthy options, plentiful seating, fast service, WiFi. Parking can be a bit channeling. There’s also a drive thru. The potato soup was nice and Harry on a cold day. The cranberries in the bread was a nice taste. I never had apple chips. They were in the salad. They added a crunch and were a bit sweet. We enjoyed everything.
