Panera Bread

First coffee shop in Providence was suggested to me by three lovely ladies outside the state building. Ladies know best and they were right!Food: 5/5

Ordered from DoorDash a salad, apple, and ginger ale and when I received my order I didn’t receive my apple or ginger ale at all. I contacted my door dasher and they told me that they never handed it to them and they said that it was all in the bag. Also they don’t answer their damn phone when I’m trying to call and figure this all out. I’m sick and I just wanted all my things

going to this panera location is a huge mistake. more than once, i’ve come to this panera and ordered just a bagel or two. sliced, not even toasted. and they always make me wait at the counter. they never take my name. and every time i end up waiting 15 minutes until someone finally asks me what order i’m waiting for and i have to tell them it’s literally just a bagel. happened once again today when i decided to give it another chance. the employee that reached out and got me the bagels was nice and helpful, but the bagels still were not sliced. the fact that it even gets to this point makes no sense. the girl that took my order had no one waiting behind me and stands like 8 feet away from the bakery items. i don’t understand why she couldn’t have just given me the bagels herself. the service here just sucks every single time. i ordered a mango smoothie and it was awful, genuinely i think the yogurt they used had gone bad, couldn’t even drink it. i hate leaving negative reviews but every time i come here, i suffer through a long wait for absolutely no reason and the food isn’t even worth it. do not come here if you value your time or money. it’s a mistake.

Had a fantastic experience at Panera! Both the food and staff were great. After disappointments at Fleming's and P.F. Chang's, we almost gave up on trying another place, but Panera exceeded our expectations. A refreshing and satisfying choice.Food: 5/5

Coffee was good and the food was tasty and hot. Only negative was some employees weren’t wearing their mask and gloves. I overhead someone another employee scolding them for this. Props to her for doing the right thing! Whether you believe in COVID or not you are providing a service and need to be respectful to everyone.

Ordered a Mac and Cheese bread bowl for delivery… I got a cup of chicken noodle soup. Called to get a refund and the manager accused me of lying and didn’t want to refund me. Crazy how a manager of a billion dollar company feels comfortable calling customers liars over a $10 Mac and cheese. Food: 3/5

In store customer service is great and the food was good, Chicken Chipotle sandwiches one of my favorite I gave it 4 stars because the place need some major seats and tables upgrades. But overall is good

We ordered from this location today and our two drinks were missing from the order which is not the first time they have done this, and there was plastic found in our Mac n cheese. This is unacceptable

Employees do not speak or read English here and have no sense of integrity. They screw up ordering from beginning to end because of their lack of education. Avoid this Panera like the plague. No customer service.Food: 1/5

Went in with my 4yr & 6yr old & I had to use the restroom. Approached the store personnel to request to use the restroom in the store since my kids were dining there & I was told to use the restrooms upstairs. What’s the point if customers cannot be accommodated. Would not prefer this location.
