I stopped in here for business. My client had chosen to meet here to sign some papers. It wasn't really busy at 9am and there were plenty of nice seating areas. If there and need an outlet such as I did to run my portable scanner, those tables are hard to come by. More wall outlets would be nice in the seating area.
This is a nice enough location. The food quality and flavor have always been very good. Overall a good experience, with nice seating options and a beautiful view of the mountains at their very large window. Only three negatives: 1. The tables aren't cleaned off between guests very quickly common problem today, 2. Somewhat limited outlet options which is weird for a cafe type place in the modern world, 3. The men's bathroom seems to be dirty more often than it is clean. Honestly, I like the vibe of the place overall and is very good for studying and work. The staff is friendly and with lots of shops nearby, it is a great place to drop in for lunch, a coffee, or a delicious treat when out and about. I will continue to be a regular customer here.
Please be careful eating salad from this Panera Bread location. It was my first time eating there, I am not from the area. I ate a Mediterranean Salad and became very ill 30-45 mins after. I ended up with food poisoning. My children ate other things and did not get sick. Just me, and I had the salad. I was feeling fine before this and had not been sick. I have reported this but just wanted to share to be careful with the salads. The food and restaurant otherwise are fine.
We go there often to work and have lunch and it is most of the time very good. Not so consistent, but when it is good, it is very good. We usually get the green goddess salad and the teriyaki chicken warm bowl. The salad is always good, and the bowl is either great, or not so good.Food: 5/5
Floors and tables were dirty. Recipes have changed. The Mediterranean sandwich was sooooo disappointing today and it had always been a favorite. The tomato soup has changed…it was lacking in flavor and came with a measly 3 croutons floating in chunky, lackluster soup. The baguette is no longer a baguette, but a piece of over proofed white bread. 3 people each got a “Pick 2” and we got only 2 waters the bill was over $40. No one finished their food as it was so disappointing. Have been a long time customer but we won’t be back after today’s visit. Waste of money.
I wish I took pictures of everything I'm about to write about. I love panera usually and this experience won't stop me from going to my local panera but I will never stop here on a road trip again. 1. I went to use the bathroom when I first arrived as I had been in the car for several hours. I have NEVER seen such a disgusting bathroom. The employees and management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing the bathroom to get in such bad condition. There was toilet paper with poop on it on the floor in one stall as well as the toilet being full and had urine on the seat. I didn't see the other stall. I was so grossed out I just walked out of the bathroom. 2. It was hard to find a table that was decently clean. There was maybe 3 or 4 other groups in the restaurant, not busy at all, so someone should have been cleaning. Management and employees again should be ashamed at the lack of cleanliness. 3. My husband and I each got sandwiches. They were both flat and basically just bread. In fact, one half of my sandwich ONLY had lettuce on it. My husband brought this to the attention of one of the employees behind the counter and they did correct it. 4. The baguette my husband got on the side was stale. 5. The garbage cans had STACKS of dirty plates, bowls, and silverware. When I say stacks, I mean each garbage can had between 20-30 dirty dishes on it. It did not look like the employees cleaned or collected dirty dishes for hours. The place was not busy AT ALL. I even saw one employee walk around, look at the dining area and then disappear. Again, management and employees should be ashamed at how dirty this establishment is.
Wish the service was more social and the serving size was bigger the price is very costly and the costumers don't get a get the bang from the buck they don't fill the bowls half way up no more it's less than half they don't clean the sides of the bread bowl as soon as they put the soap in the bread bowl the soup gets absorbed up from the bread and why can't the corn chowder be all year round
For what you get the price is way high. Value is meh, you can pay less and get as good or better food in other places and get better value for your money. I will say the food was good, wasn't great, just good. It's unlikely that I will go back.Food: 3/5
Full sandwiches are huge. And so filling because of the bread. I am disappointed in the broccoli cheese soup. Such lumpy consistency doesn't look very appetizing.but was still good. Not what I am used to seeing coming from an expensive restaurant. I got the new caprese sandwich and It is so delicious.Food: 5/5
I came for lunch with my mother we both got half a sandwich and cup of soup. This is what my “sandwich” looked like for 7.29 . I asked the manager and she just said oh yeah that’s correct everything is proportioned ? Who on earth thinks this is a “sandwich” . She was also very smug and offered no alternativeFood: 1/5
