Panera Bread

Best Panera in the city I’ve been to so far. Especially compared to the one normally have to go to which is a disappointing one star that runs out of bread and items by noon; that likely doesn’t even make it. This Panera restores my faith in the company! It’s clean, has a quick work flow, and the food is fresh. There were no kiosks in this one which I found to be odd but the app worked perfectly and they got the order right which is good. Come in and get your points up!

There's nothing better to have than hot soup on a cold night. In my case, I had the Broccoli Cheddar in a Sourdough Bread Bowl. I think this the best Panera I've seen so far. It's close to Public Transportation but not too crowded.

Employees were nice and welcoming. Place felt clean and peaceful to eat while relaxing. Food taste good. Usually get lemonade or Green tea to drink which is tasty.

Panera Great catering service!! we have 2 day event, the lunch were delicious, on time delivery. They were very helpful, Awesome team Tiffany the manager Always answering my questions and helping me with the delivery ! Many Thanks to the staff Ashica, Melissa. All of our guests loved the food! I always love to sit here and have my drink, the staff are super friendly and it’s a chill environment.

Careless staff, they avoid visual contact so they don’t have to help you and make the customer take the extra steps instead of solving the issues themselves. Food is amazing tho, the only one reason I don’t give 1 star. Also the manager needs to improve her communication and hospitality skills.

Staff at Register is Professional, articulate, knowledgeable and focused with my transactions/purchase/order. This shows that Management has made a wise hiring choice. Thank you for your great service that will make it easy to recommend or return to eat here. Vegetarian options: Great tasting vegetarian options in different categories.

The food, the ambiance, is typical like any Panera. Clean, well lit, organized. Why looooow rating on service? One of the managers was extremely nasty, using offensive language when i went in for my Sip Club Subscription order pickup. She needs a customer sensitivity retraining. As the Had other store been close enough to where I was staying,..... I would have avoided this store because of this ONE manager. She gives a black mark to the whole store.

I order online for pickup. Someone there has a problem with people. GET A DIFFERENT JOB. I asked for a different type of bread with my sandwich, I did not get it No explanation either I asked for extra dressing with my salad Goddess Cobb because the amount it comes with is insufficient! I DID NOT GET ANY EXTRAS No explanation I even said I would pay for the extra dressing. PANERA - WEED THAT PERSON OUT! I'm pretty sure it's just ONE person causing customers to be dissatisfied with this restaurant. I will go to Subway...they give me what I ask for.!

Their food is pretty good, my favorites are the combos of soups +1/2 sandwiches. The broccoli cheddar is my absolute favorite which comes in a regular bowl or bread bowl. The only thing I have negative to say is that a few times they give you a wrong order so make sure to check inside the bag when you pick it up.
