Panera Bread

Went to this location for the first time just to get breakfast. Coffee was good as always but the sandwich I ordered was totally overdone.

Had a really nice experience with manager Jones this morning. I had ordered muffins thinking it was scones and the manager gave us the scones in addition to the muffins. It was an incorrect order on my part but manager Jones went out of her way to create a nice experience for us!

this is my first time posting a review ever. That’s how terrible this is. This is a steak sandwhich? you should all be ashamed of yourselves. scam artists.

Had a great experience… Thanks to Maria in catering she paid attention to detail and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I will continue to come here and order delivery. Keep up the good work!

The staff is very nice, love the bagels and bread. Coffee is alright but found grounds once, and often not hot. The soup tasted like candy and was cold, they almost always forget something in my order and it happens to others constantly. the homeless shelter people hang out there all day long asking for money and some have extensive scratching of themselves. They sleep in the boothes or block you from throwing garbage out, make menacing looks at customers; often screaming at customers. They bring in outside food, make mess in bathroom, argue and make alot of threatening noises to cause disruption and get attention. I feel really for the employees that can not control this situation. The prices are going up; as are all food prices. Still love the bread and bagels. Best wishes Panera.

OMG! me and my friend came to Hoboken, NJ for the first time and we have no idea where to eat. From the ferry station we roamed around the area. We are about to eat at McDonald's when we saw this Italian restaurant Panera Bread and so we checked it out. We ordered their Duet Meals: Panera Duet meals and it tasted delicious and fresh....and their coffee tasted amazing as well. The lovely manager Joan took care of us and she was cheerful and her warm hospitality and generosity is incomparable. I rate this restaurant 100/10!!! We came all the way from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and we did not regret a single moment visiting this place.

- Hoboken Panera Bread is very dirty. Needs to be vacuumed there trash all over the floor, tables need to be wiped down, trash is overfilling. I felt really uncleanly eating here, won't be coming to this location again. - Wifi is terrible, there's no outlets for charging. - Music is nice

The worst Panera and experience. Do not recommend going here at all!!! I have received the wrong order here multiple times. I have filed complaints online and the only thing worse then the Panera is their customer service team. It's a huge disappointment because I am a big Panera fan and would be a big customer of my local Panera. I instead tell everyone I know to never go here unless you want your food order to be a surprise order and never get refunded on it.

It's Panera. Love my sip club. Staff is great. Some of the same people tend to hang out here daily but overall it's solid spot.Food: 5/5

I ordered a coffee Latte ,they make regular coffee with milk.And They don’t even know how to make regular Latte ! Unprofessional!
