My worst experience ever in Panera bread as I tried it in several states. A lot of bagels are not available like the multi grain. The cashier though polite but seems need training as keep asking the manager.Food: 1/5
I added a boiled egg to my salad for $1.49 ... This is what I got. Could have dropped by 7-11 and got two whole boiled eggs for 50 cents more. Food was 15 minutes later than the app said after ordering.Food: 4/5
Food was excellent. Cashier was rude and dismissive. Gave no direction after taking my money. Where do I pickup my food? No one called out my name by the pickup. Cashier goes over there and it appears. It wasn't there when I just walked by. Looking like I'm stalking a sandwich. It was delicious though. This was my first time at this location. You will need a code to use the restroom. There's construction in the front but it's not too bad. Panera is Panera but I'll not be returning to this location. Until next time.
I've never had any problems here until the last time I went there. I got there at 9.30. I wanted tomato soup but they didn't have it until 10.30 so I waited in there. The old lady came up to me and told me I have to order in order to sit here, which I understand. I tried to explain to her that I was waiting for the tomato soup and I'll order when it's ready but she yelled at me no an wouldn't listen to me. I usually don't leave a review but this is rude and unacceptable.
Me and girlfriend came in on NYE, and it was super busy. While it took a while to get our food, a guy named Sylas was understanding and made sure our experience was amazing. Made up for the delayed order and turned our experience positive. Thank you Sylas!Food: 5/5
I walked into this Panera and got completely ignored. There were 3 employees standing at the counter talking about phone plans, when they were done they separated and left me alone at the counter, not one of them even acknowledged me. I stood there for another minute or two looking at the menu, a couple of employees were laughing hysterically in the back, just joking around, I made eye contact with one employee who went right back to goofing off with his fellow employees. Not one employee cared about doing their job for the few minutes I was there, I left. They lost my business and money, very unwelcoming experience. What a joke.
Soup was good, and delivery service was great. However, the salad was not fresh. This is the amount of lettuce I had to remove from my salad because it was brown and mushy. It was about half of the salad.
This location makes spending $40 on soup and a sandwich worth it when they follow order notes! Eff Darin! And I stopped spending money in all metro area locations due to his inadequate management, but this location draws me in with their competent service! Maybe not the kindest bunch of folks, but always COMPETENT and getting it right!
Visited during non-peak hours between breakfast & lunch. Despite being the tourists that we were looking for a place to have a quick lunch & needing a restroom, the staff were very courteous and accomodating. The quality of food was on par with other locations.Food: 4/5
Not consistent with other Panera locations. We visited around early dinner time and the inside was freezing we had to eat with coats on. The store was filthy. Food was all over the floor and booth seats. Our order was incorrectly charged and when I asked the lady at the front desk to correct the nearly $8 in overages I was asked if I want a cookie for the inconvenience instead of fixing the charge because she didn’t know how. The food took 22 minuets to come out and we were missing items. I don’t know if it was just this shift but could use some better management.
