Panera Bread

This location is similar to the North location in that it is hot or miss. I'm thinking that this is the new normal. They need a QC person to check the orders before they are placed in the shelf. No large drink lids tonight. No croutons for my French onion soup and no napkins or soup spoon. The soup was good as expected and the sandwich was a little haphazardly made, but otherwise tasty. It was nice to see they had a chocolate chunk cookie which my pick up guy son proclaimed was still warm and delicious. Overall an average experience.

DELICIOUS FOOD AND FAST SERVICE! We had a bus of 24 orders and they did great at getting all our orders out correctly and in a timely manner with smiles on their faces.

Standard Panera Bread restaurant. Easy access and plenty of parking. Bakery items were sparse at dinner. They were out of chops for some reason. The seating area and drink serving areas were clean. So just about what you normally get at Panera.

When you've been here enough times because you work almost next door, and the staff start to greet you by name, or by "the mattress guy", it can have a larger impact on someone than one may think. I, for one, love it. Multiple staff here at this point are quick to happily greet me, personally, when I walk in. It seems it put me in good enough mood today to actually write a review! So thank you Madi, Zeke, and everyone else, for making my day a bit better with your fantastic customer service. :D

Unbelievably rude service. The manager, Rich, hung up on me before I could even ask my question, and when I called back, he launched into a lecture about how busy they were. All I wanted to know is how I would receive confirmation of a refund…email, text, etc…just wanted to confirm. If he had just let me ask my question the call would have been over quicker than lecturing me about his problems with understaffing. Don’t waste your time. Not only are they slow, they will take their anger and frustrations out on you even when you are being polite and courteous.

Ordered a whole salad. There clearly wasn't enough lettuce and other contents to fill the bowl and much of the lettuce that was in there was wilted. They gave me a huge baguette in an obvious attempt to get me not to notice the lack of salad. If you don't have enough stuff for a salad, just say that. Don't let someone order and then make a bad one.

Someone at this location this morning a manger I believe is very rude to her coworkers/staff. They had also ran out of lids so I politely asked for another, the women immediately had an attitude. Which isn’t the main issue I get bad/busy days. What bothered me is the fact that she was standing directly in front of me but decided to toss the lid onto the dirty counter that many unwashed hands have touched instead of just handing it to me. It would’ve taken no more time to just hand it to me. Nobody wants to be treated that way, and if it were a packaged cookie it’d get it. But it’s something unpackaged touching a counter that would touch the drink I got for my mom.

Panera is okay. Ordered the bacon, egg and cheese on the brioche... Not realizing that it literally only comes with 1/2 piece of bacon that is then cut in half for the sandwich. Never again.

The quick self order tablets are convenient! I ordered the French onion soup and it was thick and warm. It’s what you would expect from a chain consistently good, sometimes crowded, free Wi-Fi. The subscription coffee is a game changer and I’ll be here more often to get work done.

Ordered dinner and iced coffee tonight for quick pick up. The order was ready, hot and correct! Iced Vanilla Latte was Ready to quickly pick up on display shelf. They recognized my birthday month with a pastry. Got a blueberry muffin for tomorrow's breakfast. Looks yummy too. Quick, accurate, and delicious
