Panera Bread

Horrible experience! I only came here because I had a gift card. The dining room was closed. We wanted to eat in but had to do the drive through. The speaker system was messed up. We tried to order items on the menu but were told they didn’t carry those anymore. The whole experience was a nightmare. I will NOT be back!

Dining area closed, speaker system not working, advertising soups that are not available. Didn't even get to order anything; just left.

Ordered a family size soup through the mobile app and requested extra cheese and croutons they never give enough for family size. Got home and found a handful of cheese and croutons in a brown baggie. Certainly not the “extra” I was expecting.

The Panera in Phoenix on Bell is the best one yet! I always get great service there people are super friendly and accommodating. The one on Harl and Warner I do not like, they are more rude than friendly and they have overcharged me a couple of times.

Food was awesome, employees were nice, and the building was clean. Just feel like it's a bit overpriced for the amount of food you get. Still happy with my visit though, thanks
