I was called by his office the day before my appointment as a reminder. My appointment was at 4 pm, sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes past the appointment, got up and reminded the receptionist that my appointment was at 4. She very sympathetically apologized that it was taking so long and said that she had just reminded the doctor of how long he had been with 1 patient. She then called me inside to take my weight and blood pressure. She then took me into a room to wait for the doctor. I waited another 30 minutes with no acknowledgement from the doctor or anyone else. At 5:00, I went to the reception desk and informed her to tell the doctor I left, and that I will be informing my insurance company to deny any bill from his office, as I didn't even get to see him. This was a consultation visit, my first time there. Needless to say, I will never go back and will be asking my pcp for a different doctor to see. What a waste of time!
