If I could give this business 10 stars I would. She was straight forward, nice and honest. The bad reviews is what made me curious and want to go there we even had a conversation about it. We are extremely happy with my boys charter school uniforms and will no longer shop at Flynn O Hara. This lady's work is perfect. Thank you! You have a new loyal customer.

I had the most unpleasant experience before I could even do business with this company. I walked in during normal day hours to fulfill an order for my business and the woman there told me to not come into the store because she was cleaning. I proceeded to wait for her to finish cleaning. I asked if the establishment was open for business she said “yes, but I’m cleaning” again in a rude tone. When asked when she would be finished so I could come back, in the same degrading tone she said “maybe 15mins”like she did not want my business. I’m very disappointed, I wanted to continue to support local businesses in my neighborhood but I refuse to work with businesses with unpleasant Vibes. I pray the woman I encountered today is blessed and gets a chance to reflect on this review for future business with others. Blessings

Wonderful job done at great prices. I dropped 12 shirts for embroidery on Saturday and got it back today. Very well done! And excellent customer service from the lady who helped me. Will definitely recommend to friends and family

I should’ve read the reviews before coming to this lady lol all of the 1star reviews are 100% correct! Avoid this business at all cost! Someone this disrespectful without any consideration for someone’s feelings should not be given our hard earned money. The place also smells, hot and non presentable. This laddies attitude is disgusting! The low rated reviews are 100% correct, you’ve been warned!

Bertha has a very nasty disposition she is very unfriendly and totally unprofessional, there are several embroidery shops in New York city and I would never suggest that any one uses her service. This is always one of the issues when you attempt to support a black owned business. Very disappointing, their generic response tells a clear tale. I was never a client, couldn't make it past their sorry customer service. Black people never cease to amaze me, then they always wonder why they head the losing end of the race in business. Laughable service, take your chances and risk disappointment. I'll patronize white embroidery businesses, haven't had a problem or incident yet.

If you like to be treated like human beings do not go here. The woman at the front said to me “what do you want” and was very dismissive from the jump. After telling her what I wanted she said “I don’t want to do that” And then continued to rant and rave about how busy she was. I understand she was busy doing charter school uniforms for September but she was extremely rude not welcoming and for that I would not support her ever

Very rude and unsuitable service provided by very low educated and unprofessional business owner/worker P. Wilson. I was a customer whom she rudely called STUPID just for asking innocent question regarding my order that I kindly paid in full before she even started working on it. Outcome of her work had a very bad quality. Moreover, she kept my money and never replaced my order. I'D LIKE TO TESTIFY THE TRUTH OF MY REVIEW FOR ANYONE WHO WOULD ASK ME!

One day turnover. Beautiful work. Very nice lady! I believe her name was Berta. It's just a little hole in the wall but they did a really nice job with a baby shower gift I wanted embroidered

She’s a beautiful person she just happens to talk loud and it seems she’s yelling or angry but it’s just her personality very nice spiritual person. She haves a strong tone but she’s harmless must take your time with her and speak to her loud but gently.

It's very interesting and you can get embroidery done at great prices.
