Papa John's Pizza

I ordered a pizza bowl and cheesy bread and the condition it came in was absolutely disgusting.. it looked like vomit on arrival. The cheesy bread was tasty, smashed in by my sauce but it was good. Now, I've worked in pizza for years, was a general manager at Marco's when they introduced the pizza bowl. I know for a fact it doesn't arrive that way per the usual. I think the drivers need to be more aware of how they are handling such items. The box was so greasy it left a little ring on my table. I'll forever be reminded of the worst pizza experience to date.. were the ingredients fresh? Yes! So that was a plus. Lol

I am a truck driver and decided let me hit up some Papa Johns well done thin crust pizza and wings. I was shocked when the Pizza arrived and looked horrible. Cheese stuck to one side and half the pizza wasn’t cut. The cheese wasnt even melted to the pizza. The pizza was cold and wasn’t well done. Spoke to manager and said the cheese pizza comes out hot and if the driver puts it in the bag it will slide to one side. Well let’s correct that since we know the issue. Not a happy customer. Always liked papa johns but this just wasn’t good. Will not be getting anything else from this location.

Used to love Papa John, this location needs attention. The dough is not good, nor the ingredients and not even the simple tools to cut/slice the pizza. Waited almost 10 minutes for a preordered and prepaid pizza.

Ordered pizza at 10pm, at 11:30 I called to see if it was coming because the app hadn’t updated from “making” to “baking” yet. They said yes, they used doordash to deliver my pizzas, they arrived at 12:15am. Over 2 hours after I had ordered, and 15 minutes after the location had closed. My large stuffed crust box came sealed and EMPTY! There was obviously never a pizza in that box! I called this morning and “it’s out of our hands after door dash picks it up” seriously? So I ended up cooking after midnight last night because there wasn’t enough pizza for everyone and they intend on doing nothing to resolve it. I ordered from the Moore location every week for 10 years without a problem, now we’ve moved and every order from this location has been an hour or more to deliver, something missing, something made wrong, so I guess I’ll be finding a new pizza place to order from because I’m done with this one.

Ordered delivery on the app. Was called by the store manager saying they dropped some of my food and they were remaking it and it would be delivered shortly. I waited an hour to call them when I didn't get my order. Was told they were in the middle of a shift change and they thought my order was out for delivery since they didn't see it at the store. Got a notification on my app saying it had been delivered when it wasn't so I called the store back to get in touch with their driver. They had me on hold for 10 minutes for me to hang up and call back so they could tell me they didn't have the number to the driver. So I told them I wanted a refund at least for the delivery fee and tip and for them to remake my order and I would just come get it. They said they would do that once the driver returned. I called back again 20 minutes later and they delivered my food to the wrong house and then said they weren't going to remake my food and they could only refund it because they were having a rush. I ordered my food at 640 and they told me this at 830. Definitely not going to be ordering from this location anymore.

waited over an hour for a two liter, watched the delivery driver drive around for 45 minutes. called the store & was on hold for 20 more minutes just for them to give me an attitude. most definitely the worst customer service i’ve ever received.

Their phone system is absolute trash. If you try to call to place an order it goes to a call center. I've tried to call them directly several times to attempt to cancel an incorrect order, but consistently get hung up on.

Not what I ordered, rude customer service from a woman that work there. Didn't get what I ordered.

I've been going here to get a great quick pizza for several years now. This time around I got their Hawaiian pizza and it was excellent. I picked it up since it's so close.

Yea I came in to papa John Tuesday to pick up my order but when I walk and there they had a heavy set white lady with glasses on making pizzas and wiping her sweat wit one hand I never seen her go wash her hands so I left without my pizza that’s really nasty what she did I think I’ll never eat from y’all again as long as she’s making my food
