Papa John's Pizza

I used to be a loyal Papa John's Pizza guy. This location sucks. Third order in a row that showed up cold, not even cut, or just wrong. If Door Dash can't get it picked up on time, stop using them!!! The picture is my epic pepperoni..... is this a joke?!?

I'm a fan of a quick pizza from Papa Johns. They are fast too with their pickup orders. Only thing is the pickup parking spot wasn't available yet there was no other customer in the store with me. Hope they can make sure it's available next time. Seemed like the restaurant next to them had lots of customers and they probably took up the spot.

My phone call order was met with an extremely pleasant and helpful voice on the other end and my Pizza was delivered hot and delicious! Delivery driver Jerry followed all notes to a tee and was even able to find my notoriously difficult to find house BEFORE my estimated delivery time with a smile! refreshingly great service and food from the papa John’s at this location

Papa John's is a great, accept this location. Every single time ive ordered from this location 5+ times something is wrong with my order or something is forgotten. I've picked up multiple times and my order will be ready on the app however in person it's not or they can't find my order by name etc. Have delivery come and they forget items ordered and clearly payed for. It's a shame specially for the rise in prices these day and the quality you actually get. I understand this is a first time job for most employees and there's a learning curve to any job. However it's getting ridiculous at this point and I'm not so sure that I'll be ordering from this location closest to me any longer.

I appreciate the hard work and fast service but I’m not sure of the quality. Every time I order, my toppings like onions and peppers etc seem barely heated. Not sure if they are undercooking anything. I mean the pizzas are ready alarmingly fast and appear thrown together. I got sick with food poisoning and this was the last thing I ate last night. It’s been a miserable day wish I never ordered here. It’s a big accusation to accuse an entity of giving you food poisoning but I know what I ate and my lunch was not the reason so it has to be the pizza. I won’t be eating papa johns anymore. I truly feel the quality has gone down.

About an hour ago me and family went to make a carry out order and every employee was rude. Don't waste your time with this place it's no wonder they have a bad rating. Get better and nicer employees. After we left there we went to Domino's where we had much nicer service.

I just want to rate the patience and professionalism of this franchise tonight. I called the number. But apparently all calls go through a call center. I finally pressed 0 instead of 3 and to be directed to the actual franchise. It was so stressful at first with trying to place my order through the people at the call center. So I'm only reviewing my experience with the team members at this location. Both the person who took my order and my delivery driver were so reassuring and helpful. Thank you so much for taking my order! Some of these reviews have nothing to do with their work and I just wanted to shine a light on that. Please be mindful that its a review of THIS location. Not technical problems or how the sauce tastes, they have absolutely no control over that.

I don’t want to do this, but my son and I both got very sick after eating the pizza. My order was also wrong. On a positive note, the delivery driver was very kind.

I placed an online order. When I showed up there was no one in the store, but there was someone taking a phone order. When he got done I told him I placed an online order but needed to buy a soda. He brought someone from the back to the register. I told him the name for my order and he couldn't find it. He said it was about to come out of the oven. A few more guests came in and out for their orders. I sat down to wait. It had been about 10 mins since I first walked into the store and then I was told they never received my order. I showed him my order confirmation then he said they had received it. They looked around the store again and then said one of the drivers took my pizza and they would have to make me a new one. While I was waiting I overheard one associate to a driver say that someone else didn't get all of their pizzas so he needed to drop of the ones that were missing and two others. I waited in the store about 20 mins for a pizza that was supposedly ready before I arrived. The thing that made this 3 stars was the earnestness of the apology the guy gave when he handed me my pizzas. From what I saw many of the associates care about giving good service but they could definitely benefit from some updated organization in order to better handle peak business.
