Looks like they got a new batch of employees at this store who care about doing an acceptable job. Aug 25th.
I put in an online order ahead of time. At the time it was supposed to arrive, there was no sign of it. I waited 20 min before calling but nothing. I called on 3 different occasions and was put on hold for 10 min + each time. I finally got through to be told that it was on it's way shortly. 1 hour 15 min later I received my order which was cold and burnt. When the delivery driver arrived he apologized for the service and explained they were short staffed. I gave 1 star because at least he was polite. Other than that, very unimpressed.
Placed a delivery order and was told 45 to 60min. After an hour and a half, I started calling. Finally got through on my 7th attempt at calling was told they only had only one driver and they are behind. They asked if I wanted to pick up my order, but I just cancelled it. A courtesy call wouldve been nice, and a better approximation of time.
Ordered online, 24 dollar order. Got a confirmation e-mail and the card was charged. Waited two hours, called multiple times, left on hold for 15 minutes plus. Manager wouldn't even come to the phone. Never got our pizza. We were told to put in a second order, and offered NOTHING for the trouble, not even a refund for the pizza we were charged for that we didn't get! Absolutely terrible service. Never ordering from his location again.
One of the worst customer experience I have ever had. After over an hour of waiting for my order I called to see when it would be arriving. the manager said that they were running a hour or 2 behind, I was calling for an order that was only supposed to take 30 to 40 minutes so at this point he’s telling me that I have to wait over two hours for my order and I asked why wasn’t there at least a courtesy call to the customer and let them know that the order would take more than what was expected and the manager proceeds to ask me “do you want your order or not”, I thought that was very rude he should have apologize for the wait and as a manager giving a better customer experience. Good customer service is so hard to find, the way he handled this was horrible.
I placed an online order and was called to clarify whether I’d be ok with a 2 hour wait. Despite the fact I told the representative multiple times I was ok with the wait, I called 2.5 hours later since my pizza hadn’t arrived and was put on a half an hour wait to get hung up on after my call was taken by the employee. I had to call again only to get told that my order had been cancelled. I had also never received any confirmation that my order had been cancelled
I have had multiple problems with this location. I just ordered a pizza,wings,and a 2 liter. When the driver got here I found out that he forgot my 2 liter. He told me he would bring it back. It’s been over an hour and I still haven’t received a soda I PAYED FOR! I tried calling and there was no answer. The pizza and wings were good so I gave a 2 star.
Staffing Problems My have prevented my order being made with care. Only one person was in charge of making pizzas, taking phone orders and taking payments. The Pizza wasn't like I ordered No Extra Pepperoni . And the Garlic Cheddar Knots were over cooked. Luckily my daughter really doesn't know the meaning of service quality yet.
Out of the two times we’ve ordered from here it takes them an hour and a half to get the pizza. We live like not even 10 mins away, I think I’d have gotten my pizza 10x faster if I went there myself to pick up, then what’s the use of ordering online and getting it delivered? Dont even bother calling neither you’ll be on hold for 10 mins minimum. Doing real great there Papa Johns, Pizza Hut and Dominos you guys are doing better.
I did an online order for delivery and received my confirmation email stating that delivery will be in 120 minutes. So, I called to cancelled my order. I was on hold for 25 mins. I literally drove up there and I was still on hold when I walked in the door. The young lady said that she was the only one there. So, I did not get any apology or any thing from her. That was just bad service, any way you look at it!!!
