Found a screw in my pizza. Yes, a screw… it was partially melted but very much metallic and sharp! Luckily I bit into the tip of it so not much damage was done to my mouth/teeth. Called the manager to let them know what I found and to warn them I wasn’t mad, things happen and was told that this has happened 2-3 times recently and that they think it’s coming from one of their ingredient vendors. I was speechless I didn’t even know how to respond. I didn’t even get a refund for this and was instead offered a remake or a coupon for a future purchase… Do they really think I have an appetite for another pizza from there after biting into a screw!?!?

Fantastic pizza and fantastic delivery service! I use to go to Domino's And pizzahut.... both hardly putting on any pepperoni even when ordering double. My first try with papa John's and my pizza was covered with pepperoni and the medium size was super big! I'm now a papa John's customer for good!!
Yummy pizza! This location has not disappointed, neither my partner nor myself when placing an order over the phone, online and in-person. Costumer service is very decent.
The pizza we ordered was stuffed crust and it was really delicious and the staff was very helpful and made sure I got everything so that I didn’t go home without picking everything up. Keep up the great work!
I ordered online for pick up, app said it was ready, but my order wasn't ready, so I waited Meanwhile, all the Grub Hub, Uber Ears orders were flying out the door.
How is this ok?? We ordered two pizzas and they came like this…looks like they played frisbee before they dropped them off. Very disappointed!
This place is a rip off, they charged my 15 years old $120 for 2 pizza and 2 orders of 8 pieces wings; And they charged him twice for delivery and twice for tip, wth ‍.
Quality of food is great and time to complete order was great too. Downside, I ordered double pineapple but got pineapple and pepperoni
