How can I get my money back??? Ordered a pizza and some dessert through by phone and it has been 4 hours now!!! No one is answering

The Manager at night is sooooooo rude. Received my order an hour late and was missing my wings. Had to wait an hour and let the manager i didnt want them and still havent been refunded for them 3 weeks later.

Your service is so terrible, how can you mess up 2 medium pizzas and be an hour late with a pizza and say it was delivered already... what’s the struggle? I’ve never waited on the line to talk to a manager this long, which was about 50 minutes.

The food is nice, but it could have been better

I must admit I was a bit reluctant to try a franchise pizza place in Newark. However, my experiences with delivery and carryout are extremely pleasant. The drivers and workers are polite and take their time with making the food right. Better ingredients, indeed.
