Paparazzi Proposals is a MUST have for your special day. James was absolutely amazing! I met with him at the proposal sight before the couple my brother and his now fiance arrived, and he knew what he was doing the second he got there. He gave tips on how my brother should have his girlfriend walk through the door, the way he should position her while proposing to capture the best photos and even got down on one knee to make sure the position was perfect, and set them up for multiple pictures after the proposal as well. The photos were ready 2 days later. I highly recommend using Paparazzi Proposals. We can't thank them enough!

They did such a fantastic job helping to arrange my proposal in Chicago on March 26, 2016! My plans changed about a month out when weather was showing it would be a cold rainy day so I moved the proposal to a new location indoors even though I really wanted it outside. Well that changed again about a week in advance when forecasts showed that March 26 was going to be the only day that weekend without rain and above 50 degrees what a blessing! So I called Paparazzi Proposals one week before the proposal and spoke with Jamie who helped select a location, the photographer, as well as coordinate the logistics. Everything went better than planned that day so thank you so much!

First I must admit that the whole setup and organisation was last minute and this is my fault but this is not a real excuse for what comes next. Moving forward, quality of video footage was wobbly probably because the people who were shooting had unsteady hands? Secondly the attitude of James towards the paying customer was not very professional and borderline to rude. The end product that he gave me was very poor and he kept asking me for more money in order to do things that I had asked him to do the first time which he did not do correctly or did not do at all. After some arguing which if he had any sense of customer support/satisfaction should not be happening on the first place, he told me that he has given up on my project and he gave me the raw footage which in turn I took to someone else to make me a proper video. Lastly I also asked him not to post any of my pictures or videos on his website which he ignored and I had no idea that he did until someone in my family sent me a link and asking me if this was me on his site!!!! Of course I was very upset and I sent him an email and he took it down but the damage had already been done. My last advise to anybody who decides to move forward with James and this company is to read your contract carefully and to not pay him the full amount until you have an acceptable product in your hands.
