Papaya

This was a perfect place to do some last minute shopping. I have all sisters so, this was perfect, helpful , courteous, clean and professional.

Today, I had my worst and embarrassing experience at Papaya, Montclair Mall, Ca. Before I went to Papaya, I shopped from Macy's. I was trying t-shirts with the jackets that I bought from Macy's. The employee came to me and said, " It is not allowed to try different store clothes with their clothes, and I cannot enter the store with other stores' bags. I asked, "why?" She said to me," Because you can put our clothes in your bag, and we don't have the right to search your bag. I said your clothes had an alarm on them. Anyway she said, we want you to leave the store. I asked, " why?" she said, because we want to, that is all. After that, they called security and kicked me out because I was trying their outfits with the jackets that I bought from another store. It is so unfortunate that they see their customers as potential thieves and do not hesitate to embarrass their customers among the people. They treated me like this too because I am an immigrant and cannot talk to language correctly, and they had the power of being native speakers and showed me like a thief by using it.

Shoutout to the employee Haley for going out of her way to help me choose a gift for my sister! I know nothing about girls fashion however I did know what type of style my sister liked and Haley helped me out throughout the whole process. Honestly I had an awesome and fun time! She loved the gifts btw!!! Thank you so much!!

Took my daughter shopping. The dressing rooms were open. Being that she is a minor I went in and the employee Yasenia told me I cannot go in with her. Never will I ever spend my money in there again

One of the best experience ever the employee Haley was hands down one of the best workers there helped me out and everything W store, W employee, and W stuff 10/10

Apparel seemed alot like forever 21 fast fashion styles. Customer service was not that great. Probably won't return.

debit machine did not work they told us that they can hold our clothes for us and that we can come get them tomorrow. then tomorrow comes and they lost our shirts upset never go there again.

Worst store ever!!! I am a regular customer here and bought something as a gift to my mom in which the store did not let me exchange it or get store credit. Manager was very rude!! Will not be shopping at papaya anymore
