I hired Papi's for a summer party of about 100 people. The Papi's team was professional, efficient, friendly, and the food was delicious. We did run out of sopapillas after about 90 minutes, but I think that's because guests were quick to get seconds. So consider that if you hire them for your event: people will want to try more than one! I had the vegetarian caprese sopapilla and it was delightful. I would definitely work with Papi's again especially it it involved their dessert sopapillas which sound delicious.
Just had my first Sopapilla at Cambridge Crossing event!!! So delicious, loved rhe steak and cheese and El Pastor - definitely fresh, hot, and delicious. And fast! Homemade down to the dough. Will eat here next time I get the chance!
It was such a pleasure to work with Papi's Sopapillas at the 2023 CX Summer Nights at Cambridge Crossing! Their food truck was a great success, and the food was delicious. We look forward to the next event together! – AE Events
I came in with an open mind but the pork al pastor was just pork doused in sweet baby rays bbq sauce with canned pineapple. The actual pocket was good. In my opinion it should just be called bbq pork. Sadly, I don’t think it’s worth a second try.
Absolutely overpriced. Half a wrap for $13 is insane especially considering they didnt get my order right even after multiple attempts to correct. Bad experience for sure
We had Papi's Stuffed Sopapillas yesterday at Nightshift's 10 year anniversary party. Honestly, they were so delicious I cannot stop thinking about them and I'm tempted to make a fool of myself and beg them for the recipe. We tried the caprese, pork, steak, and chicken. We all agreed the pork was the best, next was the chicken. It has actual pickles in it. So, so , so delicious! I did think they were a little pricey at $13 each, but so completely worth it.
Super yummy food and quick service. Best food truck, will always be my first choice. I always get one savory and one sweet Sopapilla because they are just so good. I only wish that I could get it more since it's only around once a week at most. Unfortunately the website doesn't always seem to be accurate or updated at all times which makes finding this food truck all the more special.
They served me the worst panani I have ever seen. It was wet and soggy and there was no bread on the bottom of the sandwich. This was from their food truck. Unedible.
Greatly ran , and amazing food The art work in the truck is awesome too They know how to cook and look after customers One of the main reasons I show up to my job !!! Thank you Papi
We had the steak and cheese and the homemade donuts at Treehouse Brewing in Charlton/Sturbridge Massachusetts. Excellent !!
