Awesome place one of the best things in this life give cards to the persons you care, this place make it possible. I really love the art works and dedication to make new innovate art work, new concepts and beautiful designs.
Great selection of cards, more expensive than the drugstore but usually worth it.
So sad all the stores are closing : currently this location offers 70% off holiday stuff and 20% off everything else. As of 1/24/20.
It is a small and very well-organized store that has almost everything you need. Unfortunately, I think they should have a greater selection of cards. I would rather see more cards than all the other merchandise. They have very friendly staff and I like coming here even if the selection is not as great as I would like it to be.
Avoid coming to this location unless it's urgent. One of the girls was quite helpful. The other staff member was not. She told me she was working off the clock and told me to ask the other girls who were busy handling other customers at the register a simple question even though she herself was just walking around. Then, I saw her at the register when I went to pay odd. She saw I had a small clutch and didn't even ask if I would like a plastic bag to safeguard and carry what I bought. I had to ask. Also, no thank you or have a nice day. Please learn how to handle your customers. I've been to other Papyrus locations that have much more cordial staff.
Excellent customer service! I took a book to get wrapped on Nov 21, around 10:35am and the gentleman that assisted me did a phenomenal job. I'll return, again.
Store is nice, but $8/9+ per card is out of control. I only go there in a pinch!
They had some good deals throughout the year, unfortunately this location closed last month
Conveniently located right by union square and Madison square park, has the most needed cards and supplies for a little surprise!
Great little shop for high end cards... sort of like an expensive Hallmark.
