Don and his team were fantastic. Our deal was far from simple with some last minute changes from the bank but he handled them like a pro and we closed on time. Some unforeseen circumstances even brought Don to our home for signing! We couldn't of been happier with Paquette and Travers Law firm thanks again for all your hard work!! -Troy S

Very rude customer service they will say it to your face that they don't need your business. I strongly believe 1 star is too much as well ...

This office treats you as though you do not work for a living. My girlfriend left work early to pick up the keys to our new house, however she arrived 2 minutes after closing and the office was already locked up. She tried to call to let them know she was stuck in traffic and would be there soon, however the receptionist wouldn't transfer her to the correct office. That is just one of our complaints. We had multiple issues. If you want to be treated like just another cheque, and have a flexible schedule that allows you to communicate with them at any time go with Paquette and Travers. Otherwise, steer clear.

I used them for a house purchase and they were very efficient via email, reasonably priced compared to other local alternatives, and the meeting with the lawyer was friendly and full of tips.

Excellent customer service. We have used Don Travers for a few real estate transactions and have nothing but good things to say, very accommodating!
