Not the clerks fault I don't think but TERRIBLE COMPANY LOYALTY POLICY. THEY'VE LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER. Don't fall for Paradies/Northwest travel mart offer to give you half back on book exchange if you bring the book back after reading to swap for another. After carrying the book and receipt halfway across the country and back I was not able to swap because I don't have the same credit card on my person. Clerk claimed policy required the same card AND receipt to issue credit. In this electronic age that is BS.

Omg the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. some one has a friend who is doing the hiring and it shows. They think their union and can't be touched now. I don't need Crystal for her bad attitude and issues with customer service - I need self check out kiosks. Crystal in case you read google - Cee yoU Next Tuesday

This store is in a super convenient location full pun intended and has a great staff at all times. I come here regularly when at the airport to pick up snacks and I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and great service.
