Paradise Pawn

I had to give one star unfortunately. I was in a tight spot and had to pawn a lap top for 100$. When I went to pick it up they were closed for snow. Next day i called said i was coming to get it and when i got there they erased it on accident. They said the would waive interest. I want happy tried to pay interest and talk to my tech and attorney. The owner threw money at me and told me she was selling my lap top. It's not like a TV or gun I cant replace my files. Now I have e to take her to court. Get off ur power trip lady I was within my 30 days because Feb has 28 days and on ticket it states 5 extra days. The staff was nice but owner is a nightmare.

I went in here & pawned a couple items when I went to pick up my items the owner was completely disrespectful to me. Her attitude was AWFUL. For being a business owner, I’m shocked she is still in business. I refuse to ever take any of my items back to this place. I went to go pick my items and she was completely ignorant to me & claims that she sold my items cause I took “too long” to pick my items up! Please never go to this business

A good friend of mine pawned something there and was unable to pick it up because of the snow so despite him calling and telling them that he would be in to pick the item up they jumped the gun and were getting ready to try to sell the item before the 30 day time was up. Now my friend is out of alot of personal things that can not be replaced. The owner here is not very pleasant to deal with. The only thing they did was offered to waive the interest and thats it. Dont understand why when you have 30 days to pick up your pawn why these people did what they did to my friend before the 30 days was up. Be careful what you pawn here so you dont lose irreplaceable items.

What this place did to my grandson is ridiculous. I will tell everyone I see how she stole his laptop from him and his files that no amount of money can replace. This type of business does nothing but take advantage of people when they struggle wether its for drugs or in my grandsons case it was rent money he needed. She makes a living by stealing from people in desperate situations. But I know my grandson still prays for thia woman.
