Booked online got there had absolutely zero issues. Had an incredible time with my sister the gentlemen on the boat were good looking to we got to go up together. It was not as hardcore as I expected actually incredible peaceful and quite up in the air. We did pay for the pictures they take tons and give you a flash drive 100% worth the $35. DONT BE CHEAP. Also please tip them it’s expensive as hell these days and there literally giving us core memories we will take to the grave. Give them the same.

Did the deluxe turtle snorkel activity. Had a great time. Activity lasted three hours. It included snorkeling, water slide, trampoline, kayak, paddle board, diving.....

This was the absolute best experience ever! Bought my ticket on Groupon & didn’t have any issues. The crew was welcoming, friendly, professional and made it a fun experience! It was beautifully peaceful up there and just enough time before I started freaking out, lol. I definitely recommend!!!

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. From check in to soaring in the sky and back again, it was an awesome experience and from what I could find online the best prices too! They have an option to purchase professional photos. We had four parasailers in our group so we did two doubles. The pictures were taken of both groups for the one price and is a great deal. I can’t wait to see them once I get home. Our kids 13 and 15 loved it. Though I was scared silly, I loved it too. I get sea sick easily so I took half a gravol an hour before the trip. The map on their confirmation email was detailed and I had no trouble finding the check in booth. There’s a food truck in the parkinglot to grab drinks and food before or after you go and it was reasonably priced and the kids loved the smoothies there. 100% recommend!

Paradise water sports is amazing. We go every year and make sure we use the same company. They are always on time and the crew is great. Also we tried snorkeling with their other company yesterday and that was also wonderful. See you next year.

We were the only group on the boat. Was supposed to last an hour. Was on the boat at 9am, at our sail point by 9:12am and back on the boat from paragliding at literally 9:24am back on land and getting into our car by 9:35am... we parked way across the parking lot. not completely worth $185 for 3 ppl. Even being our first time. We all agreed next time we'll go elsewhere. Plus the guy kept flirting with my friend she said she felt uncomfortable

My wife and I had a really good time parasailimg with this company. All of the workers were super nice, especially Daniel who took really good pictures of us during the sailing. The pictures cost $39 more and they give you an SD card to take home with like 90+ pictures. Would definitely consider parasailing with them.

We had so much fun. Our guides were funny, engaging and had a lot of fun with us while we were up in the air and then into the water. Highly recommend, worth the money. We wanna do it again!!

Signed up for the parasailing, with a family of six. Turns out parasailing was unavailable, due to Covid. Their system never sent us a notification so we showed up at the dock. They ended up refunding our money and let us have the snorkeling package, which is more expensive. Turned out to be a fun day. Snorkeling, kayaks, slide and jumping off the second floor deck, were all fun. Staff was courteous and professional.

My 8yo and I had an amazing time parasailing. We purchased the 1000’ parasail and flew up together. Everyone was kind and professional.
