They did an excellent job from start to finish. I had them do my kitchen and 3 restrooms and all came out beautiful. All the staff especially Rene were so helpful. Jeff came out to measure and took his time unlike other fabricators who came out and didn’t even spend 15 min there and were much more pricey . Very pleased with the turn around time for install . The installers were all friendly, professional and didn’t leave any mess behind :. I will definitely recommend them!

I can’t say enough good things about Paragon Granite and the staff. They walked us through every step placing confidence in us, that we had chosen the right company to put our Quartzite counters in our kitchen. The gals in the front are so knowledgeable and they know their boss to a “T”. Everything happened in a timely fashion and when I called which I did all my questions were answered plus I was encouraged each time. Jeff is a fantastic person/boss. I can’t say enough good things about him or his business. He definitely knows what he’s doing and is in step with his front office girls …….they all work together well. Jeff arrived to measure and scope out the kitchen area to be redone. He was on time and very kind. I think he knew I was nervous and did/said everything he could to relieve my misgivings. I.e….the counter not fitting right or breakage while installing, the holes for faucet being in the right place etc. This is a business. I was never to “spot on” about “dates”. I realize that things happen and there are delays. With that being said, they were always communicating with me on the placement date and I was never left wondering on the date of placement. The guys that placed the quartzite were fantastic! I can’t remember the head guys name, but he DEFINITELY knows what he’s doing. I’d never want anyone but him ever placing counters in my business/home. Very experienced gentleman. Everything fit to perfection. Corners. Etc. it wasn’t an easy install and they did a beautiful job. Took them better part of a whole day. Very polite and knowledgeable. They cleaned up well too. My counters are beautiful and my new kitchen is my greatest joy. I love cooking and it is so enjoyable with my new counters. Very happy with Paragon Granite. They did an A+ job all around!!
Turnaround time was longer than expected. The office staff wasn't proactive in communicating with me next steps etc. I found myself having to call to get the next phases rolling every time. This was my first time having to install granite in my home and was unaware of the process. You now have quite a bit of my slab after installment, and I was not aware or communicated that I would have to request for the installers to bring the ruminants to my home when installation happened. Now I am needing to figure out how to get that self-delivered to my home. Installers were great the end product looks great, I would've appreciated more communication from office staff.
Excellent! Great folks at Paragon Granite. The work was amazing, and we are more than happy with the final outcome of the project. We can very easily recommend Paragon to anyone looking for this type of work anywhere.
From the first time I walked into Paragon Granite, I was and always have been greeted as if I was an old friend. Amy, Marie and Renee all went above and beyond each time to show me the available materials for my projects. Once I picked what I liked, they provided me with detailed costs that were excellent in comparison to others that I had previously researched. They explained the different finish options and helped with my final choices. Time estimates for completing the work were right what I had hoped for and were usually done ahead of schedule. Once, due to some slight changes I had to make, the crew trimmed some backsplash pieces for me right on the spot for no additional charge. Great customer service! I was even given a chance to be the first customer to sample the coffee from the new coffee maker. I’ve got one more small project coming up soon and I won’t go anywhere but Paragon.
Paragon Granite did a fantastic job on our kitchen and bathroom counters. They made a couple of mistakes on our order, but they came out to fix the mistakes and absorbed the cost. They were polite, professional, responsible, and had great workmanship. I highly recommend their services.

Agreed to buy some remnants. Brought my truck ready to pick up. After I told them I wasnt gonna have them fabricate they refused to sell it to me. What really? You have already gotten paid for this piece of stone once. Its leftover from a previous job I agreed to buy the piece at an agreed upon price. I had my own fabricator. They refused to sell to me unless they do the fabrication. Greed, greed!
