After two separate settlements at Paragon Title, there are not enough superlatives for Rob & Brad Rothstein and their team: the best, the brightest, the savviest and the most astute, not to mention the classiest, the most congenial, and the hardest working. While the first settlement was moderately routine, the second was anything but, featuring multiple tenants, dead partners, out-of-state principals, numberless guarantors, etc. etc., with the degree of difficulty accelerating exponentially as the nonnegotiable tax exchange deadline approached. But the Paragon team came unerringly to our rescue. And -- against the odds -- they saved the day, deftly combining creative solutions to novel problems with solid step-by-step total accuracy. We have, of course, rated the team with the highest 5, but our preference would be a perfect 10.
