I had a terrific experience at Paramount Hotel. The location is amazing, right in the heart of Times Square and around the corner from Broadway. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The service I received was top notch from my check in to my check out. Everything was easy and efficient. The value at Paramount is outstanding and you’d be hard pressed to find any other hotel in the city comparable at this price point. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be sure to return to Paramount the next time I’m in NYC.

The rooms were small but still functional. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.
The dim hallways felt.... Swanky.
This hotel is close to everything in midtown. I loved that I walked outside I felt like I was in the heart of New York.
I had a great experience, cleanliness was just fine.
Prices were WAY good.

For the price and location, it's great! Clean and comfortable, but small. My wife was surprised there wasn't a counter in the bathroom, and she didn't like the "citrus" smell of the soap. Spend the extra couple bucks for the breakfast coupon. If you're coming from the airport, take the subway. It's like 3 blocks away, much quicker, and much less expensive. Unless you have too much luggage to stack and roll.

Great location and a nice hotel for the time you spend in it. Our room was very small for a double as you could only get on the bed from two sides as it was up against the wall. The temp in the room was 27c on the display and when we tried to cool it down it just blew warm air so we opened a window and put my boot under to keep it open. Much better aircon. Not complaining but just telling it as it was for us. A good crash n dash, no coffee, no bar but it's right outside in the street.

TERRIBLE HOTEL. Restaurant and bar are shut down. No room service. Probably the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I had a complaint and the hotel services HUNG UP ON ME. The bed took up the entire room. Ruined my time square experience. For $800 for 3 nights I expect to at least be treated kindly. Numerous upset guests with NO MANAGER to speak with. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Happy hunting!
