Parc IV & V Condominiums

We made an offer the same day we viewed it. Very quite. Not a tragically hip party place., but a 1964 well- built and maintained. New Management only recently. Good value for the center of Montrose and fabulous views. Glad we bought even though we were not looking.

Management is excellent. JQ is very kind, caring and compassionate to the residents at the Parcs. Its very special to be living in this architectural novelty in the city of Houston. You can't beat the 77006 zip code.

This is an outstanding place to call home. I have found the management staff to be responsive to resident concerns. The ongoing perpetual maintence of the mid century property is impressive. This location is perfect for those who want an inner city lifestyle close to everything.

asbestos and everything falls apart. not a good decision to buy here. staff is rude and lazy.

The current property manager speaks inappropriately to say the least and unprofressionally to several residents and some guests. She is not a people person at all, and she loses her temper at the drop of a hat.

The logic behind some of the rules that the management comes up with is ridiculous to me.
