I have lived here for 18 months. It is clean; well maintained; great staff that are helpful. Not so expensive that you cannot afford to live. Stores close by as well as restaurants. Friendly people living here. Safe and gated.
Disappointing. It looks amazing but SMOKE EM IF YOU GOT EM. I can't deal. Smoking allowed anywhere on the property and inside apartments.
I live here and I'm very happy. The new office staff are wonderful Steph and Fran. Efrain is a fantastic maintenance man. Everyone here is friendly and helpful.
The neighborhood is close enough to shopping. There is a recreation center very close. The community is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, the maintenance and office staff are responsive in a timely manner. I feel I live in a safe and secure community.
Absolutely the best place to live! Management is very caring and responsive. The apartments are single story and truly maintenance-free for renters. A very quiet neighborhood with a lot of amenities. A great 55 and over place to live!!
