The narrative of my review is that of a Seller; my perspective and firsthand experience having consigned with Paris Station Honolulu. I consigned an authentic Louis Vuitton Business Bag Rivoli Monogram women’s briefcase of which I was told that the model was not a popular style and would not get much for it. We settled for an agreed amount; with a 50/50 split. At the end of the consignment time frame, I did not receive a call from the store and went back to Paris Station on the last day of the expiration date. I walked around the store to look for my briefcase but did not see it showcased. I proceeded to the sales clerk and announced myself as the seller of this bag and asked about its status; and if not sold to pick the bag up. The sales agent could not locate the Rivoli Monogram women’s briefcase in the store and seemed concerned. After several minutes had passed and thumbing through the receipts she finally confirmed that the briefcase had SOLD and went on to explain that it was sold on their online “Sister” store. She politely apologized on behalf of the store for not having contacted me when the bag had sold several weeks earlier. She went on to pay me for the 50% of the agreed portion. That said, I am sharing my firsthand experience and making Sellers be informed that Paris Station HNL may sell your merchandise elsewhere without your knowledge, without your approval. Be sure to ask if your merchandise will be sold online and if so, is the price set the same as what is agreed in the store or sold at a higher price Online. Seller will ONLY receive 50% of the agreed price sold within the store. To this day, I am unaware of the price sold online. Also, do your research for Seller’s percentage portion, other Resale platforms may be more generous. This was my first consignment and the experience was invaluable. Having a local place to consign is convenient, so is selling online with greater reach. There are its pros and cons. I am now familiar with available options. Hope this review was useful. Best of luck to all. Make shopping and selling a great experience.
Rude lady is the owner. Not sure why she is so mean but I will never go here again.
Luxury with superb quality. Great selections, knowledgeable staff and excellent experts. Planning my next trip back... Highly recommended...
They have my stolen GUCCI bag on consignment for way too much. Identifying marks I made on it and I have the Gucci receipt for it. The store learned when I reported the bag stolen and changed their inventory book to show they had it before the theft. LIARS! THAT'S MY BAG!!! I WILL get it back and PROSECUTE!!!
Saw this business at the ASD show today, the Asian lady was rudest person I have ever talked to. We made a counter offer on a chanel bag because it has a big stain inside the bag. She told us to "take a hike" . She also lie to us saying she own the bags, in fact she only doing as consignment. I don't know why anybody wants her to handle their expensive bags , she shows zero care to those bags, throwing them around on top of the counter. They hired a such an uneducated individual to represent the company, shame. P.S most of the bags are in horrible preowned condition. Find your next bag with someone who truly cares about what they do.
It was absolutely terrible the sales associate cut me off before I even got a chance to finish my sentence not even 5 seconds in she cut me off on top of that there is no sign that says they only take Chanel or Louis viton bags at the store or the internet so I wasted my time and gas driving down here. Any ordinary person that sees we buy bags will think that they can come in here with a designer bag and try and sell it to them. If I were the business owner I would make sure that there is a sign somewhere visible to my customers that they only buy certain bags
Their inventory has a great mix of classic and new styles from high-end designers. You can either sell your high-end items to them outright or you can consign them!
I came here because I kept seeing this shop on my trips in this area and was looking for a replacement strap for my purse. I felt like I was in a pawn shop as they buzz the gate open just to get into the store. You actually have to stand outside and hope that the clerk sees you. If she doesn't see you, you stand outside like a fool. Anyway, there was not clerk at the register so I went around looking for another entrance and asked a man sitting outside another shop and he could not understand me. I finally went back and waited and then the clerk appeared and allowed me in. I asked to see the straps and she showed me the only two that was available and the price was, get this, $250. It's just a replacement strap. I can only wonder how much a purse here costs. The strap costs more than all of the purses I have combined! Again, I felt like I was in a pawn shop where you feel like you are just another sucker waiting to be milked of every penny.
What is the difference between plastic and leather? lol Really the Asian lady told me that my LV bag was made of plastic not leather!!!we bought it from ala moana LV store! Definitely not going back there! Totally ripped off! She needs to go back school FYI my LV bag was guaranteed original but what about yours?!
Hi all the lady are so nice & good attitude, especially when the Pearlrige still open. I always purchased the L.V.handbags to them .Until I have the L.V. bag .
