A place to sit and tables with power sockets. Beautiful bamboo landscape and indoor waterfall. What else do you need in a rainy day
Stand up tables with power outlets Piano open to public to entertain
I DROPPED MY AIRPOD DOWN THE ELEVATOR SHAFT AND THE PEOPLE HERE FOUND IT FOR ME. I WAS SHOCKED. BUT SERIOSLY EVERYONE HERE IS AMAZING!
Another good little spot in Manhattan to have a coffee. I believe BlackRock is in the building and there are quite a few places to sit down and also standing tables where you can have a coffee and a quick chat. Many times there is somebody playing the piano in the lobby as well.
Is a small beautiful public park. Excellent venue for rest
Wowzers ! What a beauty she is -this park avenue plaza . Indoor waterfall , piano , clean & quiet , plenty of seating and a Starbucks . You’ll want for nothing more here .
The place was very clean, and seating was space out for social distance. For those who like to stand, there are standing tables. Also the place is warm. Great place to eat breakfast or lunch away from your desk.
Very nice public area if you can get a spot away from the homeless people that go there to sit around. The building use the middle walkway as a kind of a picture museum of New York City it's kinda interesting. There's a few pricey clothing stores. Spacious and beautiful main lobby on the second floor. The building itself is beautifully constructed with a large footprint.
We attended a job-fair related meeting in the building's public space located in the lobby atrium. This atrium is very modern, imposing, and impressive. It is extremely clean, neat, and HUGE. The reception desk is up the escalators on the 2nd floor 1st floor for you Anglophiles!. We were there around Noon-ish on a Saturday and it was pretty sparsely populated except for the large area equipped with tables and chairs where many people were having lunch or just hanging out. I don't like to judge by appearances, but in addition to some obvious blue-collar guys having lunch, the remaining crowd were street-people, taking advantage of the warm environment. Every table was occupied and every chair taken, except for one or two at otherwise full tables. This would be a nice place to rest your feet or grab a sandwich but for these apparent indigents bogarting the seating. I'm not begrudging anyone anything, just sayin'. Maybe management keeps the space turning over regularly during working hours, but I was there on the weekend. Like I said, I wasn't up inside the office floors, but if they're as well-kept as the atrium, this is a top-notch building.
their public plaza inside is cozy and convenient.the Christmas decor is amazing.starbucks for coffee lovers is inside too.seating and tables available inside
