I really can't say enough great things about Dr. Salinas and the treatment I receive. I'll start off saying that I'm a personal trainer, and I have competed in powerlifting. Needless to say I like my heavy lifts, and have a job where I have to be able to demonstrate things with moderate weight constantly. The injury I came to him with I was unable to do much without pain. I certainly couldn't do any of my competitive lifts and it was hindering my ability to demonstrate things to clients adequately. After only a few times seeing him I was feeling so much better. I wasn't completely pain free but on my way, and now am able to do most of my lifts again so long as I continue to do my corrective exercises with it. It was never about just coming in for a quick fix and then ending up having the same problems continue to come back. It was about how to address the root of the problem and make subtle changes in many areas in order to continue to get better. I have since recommended him to many of my clients for various issues and will continue to do so!

Let me start by saying that Dr. Salinas is wonderful.
I have some pretty bad back problems (they started when I was 12), and subsequently issues with most of my other joints. I've been in chronic pain for 7 years. Needless to say, I have worked with countless doctors over the years. Dr. Salinas is the first doctor who has given me relief. Since we started working together I have had week-long stretches with NO BACK PAIN (for me, this is huge).
I injured my shoulder in February and was in pain until May- when Dr Salinas worked on it. After 1 or 2 appointments the pain was gone.
My hip has been bothering me for a few months. Dr Salinas has been focusing on it for a few weeks and it has drastically improved. As of last week I barely notice it, and I know that it will only keep getting better.
I recommend Dr Salinas to anyone and everyone. He is truly amazing at what he does.
THANK YOU DR SALINAS!!!!

Dr. Salinas does more than just help he gives you guidance to help secure you are healthy for the future. I came to him with ongoing hip pain and he helped review my body for all relevant issues not just going straight to my hip. I work in the health & fitness community and he not only addressed my issues but taught me how to look for signs in my stability vs. mobility. He took me step by step through the healing process and gave me positive support that there would be a better outcome. Each experience at Park Avenue Spine was enjoyable and helpful.
He described the elements of healing and recovery and even gave me some tough love to slow down! I trust his advice and did so immediately, knowing he was looking out for me. His ultimate goal is to help and guide you to a better and healthier body. I trust him and would highly recommend him to others!

Dr. Salinas is amazing. I started going to him a few weeks before the nyc marathon with some concerns about my hamstring and some sizable worries about not being able to run the race. He helped calm my fears and promptly began to fix me right up. Not only did my hamstring feel better after my first visit, but I left feeling confident about the level of care i was going to receive from him. I'm happy to report that my hamstring didn't bother me at all during the marathon! Thank you, Dr. Salinas!

I could probably go on and on about how great I think Dr. Salinas is, but I will try to keep it somewhat brief here. I moved to NYC back in 2008 and needed to see a chiropractor from some chronic pain I had from a bad car accident in 2007. I was very nervous picking one out, because there were a few I saw in Atlanta that I think did more damage than anything good to my neck and back. Somehow I was extremely lucky to have found Park Avenue Spine and Dr. Salinas. He is the only one I have let touch my neck in over 4 years now. I never ever feel rushed or pressured with him, and I do truly feel that he cares for his patients. When I was having a ton of pain about 3 years ago he really urged me to go get an MRI to find out more about what was going on in my neck exactly. I don't think any of my previous doctors would have done that. I recommend him to my friends and family whenever I get a chance, and I am so happy to see how his Practice has grown since I met him. He is a class act, will do everything he can to get you out of pain and back to good health. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
