Park Bayonne

I absolutely love living here!!! I’ve lived here for 3 years and I can say that the staff, build quality of the apartment and the amenities are unparalleled. On the rare occasion I do have a maintenance request, I can’t recall the time that it has it been fixed within 24 hours.

Best apartment building in town! Great rooftop space with incredible views of NYC. Perfect location right across from Gregg Hudson County Park, also convenient to public transportation.

This is the best bang for your buck. The views are awesome, there’s a huge park across the street that my pup already loooves, and it was super quiet at 5 in the evening

I visited this property last week to view a one bedroom and really enjoyed it. The rooms were pretty spacious and they accept dogs. I think my dog is really going to like the dog park across the street too. Even when you drive down the boulevard you can see the lights up on the rooftop, it's actually really nice.
