Kettle chips and sweet potato fries were fresh fresh fresh. Perfect texture without being greasy. We tried 2 of their specialty burgers, and each ingredient contributed to the flavor explosion of the whole. Extremely happy with our meals for the price. What a neighborhood gem! I went on a little afternoon date here, but since it was a holiday we were able to get good seats and quick service. I know it gets busy! The service was amazing and he was so friendly and funny, he went through the menu and what he suggested so thoroughly. The food was amazing as always, and came pretty quickly! I had an amazing lunch experience at Park Burger, Hilltop. Picture 4 hard to please ladies of a certain age for lunch. Our server, ever so pleasant helped us speedily obtain 4 different orders, different sauces, etc and presto the food was out! And then she with a smile asked us if we wanted separate checks! No hassle. Delish lunch. Non styrofoam togo boxes.

In Denver for a couple of days and was looking for a good burger place. Park Burger did not disappoint! I had the BBQ Burger and Sweet Potato Fries. So good!

Good burger, good service. They forgot our fries and came out by the time we were down with our burgers but everything tasted great

Plz stay forever, Park Burger!! You are too delicious, never leave. All Love aside, these wings are crispy like the fries, well salted, and burgers to die for. Neighborhood eats yum

Stopped in on a whim and am so glad that I did! Had the house made Turkey, bacon, and guac burger. Really well seasoned and grilled perfectly. Looking forward to coming back again.

Amazing burgers and fries that is good place to hang out and catch up with friends.

The experience this evening is one that should not be endured by any consumer at any time. I went to the Hilltop location and ordered a takeout for over $100. Me and my mother sat at the bar waiting on the order for over 30 minutes. After asking the nice Hostess to check our order delay, the manager Jim comes over and tells us our order was accidentally picked up by another patron named David. All good, honest mistake and Jim bought me a beer while we waited for our food. I asked Jim to check the completed order before we departed and he gave me a resounding thumbs up. After arriving home I discover that I am missing a Burger that was ordered and one of the Burgers was not as ordered. I phoned the restaurant and was told to come back for a full refund and two replacement burgers. Here is where it gets sketchy. My daughter goes to the restaurant and Jim proceeds to treat her less than kind, and gives her an attitude unbecoming of a service professional, let alone someone who is in the wrong. A debate ensues as to suggest that we were fabricating our dilemma, which is an insult. My suggestion, from a 30+ year Professional in a Customer Service Industry, is that Jim uses this situation as an opportunity to retrain himself on the customer service aspect of the SERVICE industry. Food and staff were great but this experience with Jim was horrible.

Used to come here quite often. Now 2022 the service is really bad. Watched 3 servers look at and walk past my beer. Bar tender kept looking at the order ticket by my beer and keep talking about the party last night. She was the one who poured the beer. Menu says fresh cut french fries. But they haven't had fresh cut fries since the end of 2019! The fries were one of the main reasons we went there. We will unfortunately not be going back.
