I had an amazing experience at the Park City Culinary Institute! Chef Drew and Chef Amber were incredible to work with. Their kitchen experience from restaurants and bakeries were so fun to hear about and learning from. The small tricks and tips that they knew were very helpful. I looked forward to every class and have missed it since graduating. I use the recipes and techniques at home multiple times a week and feel so confident in what I am making. I would recommend this to anyone looking to improve their skills.
I just completed my cuisine certificate w Chef Robert and Chef Zack. I had the best time and looked forward to coming to class every week. Not only did I learn new techniques and vastly improved my cooking skills, but I laughed A LOT while doing it. I highly recommend Park City Culinary Institute for anyone wanting to expand their culinary abilities. Chef Robert and Chef Zack, a dynamic duo, are very skilled chefs and teachers who made my experience the tops.
3 days from graduating cuisine and then on to pastry. I'm extremely satisfied with this school. Chef Robert didn't just teach or lecture you on how to follow a recipe in a book, he has brought life to cooking and taught passion in a truly fun way. He encouraged creativity and demanded it from each of us. The course will actually help you on any level of cooking in my class there is someone that is learning and has been in the industry for his whole life and people just like me that have a couple of cooking jobs as a teenager and cooks at home, the information is incredible and helpful and they actually care about your success. I can't wait to take pastry course over the next 8 weeks
I'm an Admissions Advisor currently working at Park City Culinary Institute and have been for several months. I love this school! I love the environment, students, staff, Director, and the fast pace of getting things done. Admissions is a tough field and things can get frustrating. But this is the FIRST school I've ever worked at and I've worked at several that is willing to make changes to make things better. If you love food, love helping people find their passion in food, or just love helping others move to a future they want, this is a wonderful place to work. I know my team has my back and we all get along so well. Even working remotely, we know each other like family.
I have learned so much from the courses that I'm taking. The Instructors are amazing! Chef Zack, who is my Pastry and Baking Instructor is a wealth of knowledge. His teaching style is one in which all types of learning can benefit from. He is patient, and he takes time out to explain if someone is confused or doesn't understand. He is a great asset to the institution. My Cuisine Instructor, Chef Robert, born in Italy, brings an incredible amount of knowledge and education to the table. He is vibrant and captivating. He has a story for just about everything that he makes/creates. His teaching style is both comedic and artistic. In short, he makes learning fun. The choice to attend the Park City Culinary Arts Institute was one of the best decisions that I have made in my education endeavors.
We went last night for a couples date night and had a blast! The food was wonderful and chef Zach was awesome! It’s a very inviting and welcoming environment and not intimidating at all. The chefs are there to help or answer questions at anytime. We are already planning our next visit! Thanks for a great time.
I just finished my cuisine certificate course from PCCI tonight and I absolutely loved it! My admissions counselor, Ruth, was so nice and checked up on me frequently. Chef Zach and Chef Robert are both extremely nice, caring, and engaged. They helped me a ton, answered all my questions thoroughly, and taught me a lot! The class sizes were also small so it was much easier to receive help and communicate with everyone. I had a great time at PCCI! I will definitely miss the people here!

Zach took such good care of us during our Thai curry meal experience. We made delicious food that was not only fresh but also easy to put together with instructions and assistance available at every turn. We will definitely be coming again! Zach couldn’t have been more informative and funny while getting us from A-Z.
I planned my company's team building event for 25 people. I worked with Chef Zach from the beginning. He and the entire staff were very helpful in getting things coordinated and we had such a wonderful time. They were very helpful to help us all along the way but allowed us to be independent and creative in our own preparations.
