Park Hill Sushi

This is one of the most efficiently designed sushi menus I've seen. Andrew is a master of his craft. I challenge you to find a fresher fish, at a better price.

Great sushi, some of the best I have tasted in town. The fish is fresh the service is great, and the selection of Asian whisky is superb. There are 3 locations for this Colorado authentic restaurant. I love this place. Can’t wait till they can open up more seating when this whole covid thing is over.

Our favorite sushi spot in Denver and quite possibly anywhere. The quality is unmatched, the service impeccable, and the simplicity of the entire experience is one we very much appreciate. This review is long overdue and this sushi restaurant is just the best of the best!

Friendly environment and tasty sushi. The spicy dishes were particularly good with flavorful but not overwhelming spiciness. I especially enjoyed the Chili Crisp Tuna sashimi. Highly recommended.

This place is a unique gem in a great neighborhood on east Colfax. The service is wonderful. All the seating is around the bar which makes for a chill bibe. The menu is simple but delicious, and the beer and sake list is extensive. Highly recommend.
