Ever since the new management has taken over, there has been a marked improvement. You can really see it in the vibrant lobby space and all the special amenity rooms. I really like the new outdoor space too.

Many new upgrades lately, the office is very responsive to questions and concerns. The view is amazing. Right next to YMCA and water park. Half mile to Harrahs, NKC Hospital, Macken Park, I-35, Chappels, Kelsos, First Watch, brew pubs, Screenland, bowling alley, dog park, etc.
My boyfriend, dog and I really enjoyed living at Park Lofts. We rented a beautiful ground floor plan. We loved having the Nest thermostat. Guest parking was ample. The building is very dog friendly. Rhonda helped us with lease, and move in process. Highly recommend
A great place all around! The apartments are really nice and the management has made many upgrades and improvements with amenity rooms, a fantastic outdoor space, and many other building improvements. Would recommend to anyone looking to find a great place to live.
My husband and I have enjoyed living at Park Lofts for the past year and a half. There are lots of commendable things that these lofts offers, but I can’t stress LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION enough. Not just to a major interstate, but to basically anywhere in the metro. Nothing is much more than 20 minutes away from our front door!
