Great care, compassionate people work here. I love all the murals on the walls in every room! They have a kids gaming area and movie area for any wait times. They also give coins at the end of the appointment for the kids to get a toy out of the machine. I recommend!
Had our first dental procedure there for my son. Dr. Park did a great job and stopped multiple times to make sure everything went well. It was a bit rough but for a first procedure it went quickly and smoothly.
We had a dental emergency and our regular dentist would not return our phone calls. We heard about Dr. Park’s office from a friend who gave a glowing recommendation. Dr. Park’s office staff was so friendly and caring and were able to get us in. The dental assistant was equally friendly and took his time answering all my questions. Dr. Park was amazing and put us at ease. He did a very thorough exam and explained everything in detail. Dr. Park and his staff took a very stressful situation and made it very easy to deal with. Thank you so very much!!!
We absolutely love Park Pediatric Dentistry! They take such good care of my son’s teeth and everyone in the office is so nice. If you’re looking for a new dentist for your child in Woodstock, make an appointment with them!
We’ve been with Park Pediatric for 7 years. Sometimes you go and get excellent service, and sometimes you go and are pressured into expensive procedures, wait 45 minutes past your appointment time we were the only patients... literally NO ONE else in the office, and are charged for missing appointments you never made or rescheduled. Instead of apologizing for errors, the new receptionist who does not speak good English argues with you repeatedly. Dr. Park himself is amazing, but I would recommend better hiring in staff. I once had a hygienist chase me out demanding I agree to a procedure for my daughter. They have a great atmosphere for kids lots of movies, games and magazines, and certain hygienists are amazing. They also saw us immediately right after a dental emergency. Like other reviews said, you are not allowed with your child during dental procedures, and are repeatedly convinced your child needs $800 in dental procedures done. I’ve decided it’s just not worth it anymore.
My two children came in for their cleanings and had a great experience at Dr. Park’s office. The hygienists did a great job of explaining the importance of good oral hygiene. And Dr. Park was very thorough in evaluating my children’s teeth. The front office was also very helpful in scheduling my children’s appointments. I would recommend this office to anyone. I am so glad that we found this office.
We are so pleased that our daughter is a patient at Park Pediatric Dentistry. The whole team is exceptional. The front office staff is helpful and friendly when scheduling our appointments and at check-in. My daughter was very impressed with how engaged her hygienist was during the cleaning appointment. Dr. Park was very thorough in showing us the X-rays and explaining every aspect of my daughter's treatment. The hygienists helped her understand how to improve care at home and how to prevent cavities. Dr. Park is excellent at engaging with each child on their level at every age and puts even the most nervous child at ease. At my daughter's treatment visit, Dr. Park was very gentle and explained everything he did as he was doing it. He put her at ease, knowing this was the first time she'd had treatment. The dental assistants are very caring, making jokes to put my daughter at ease as she was sitting in the chair. Dr. Park even followed up with us later that day to see how she was doing. I later found out that he calls all of his patients after they have had treatment, which shows the level of care he has for each child in his practice and how he goes above and beyond.
Best Pediatric Dentist!!!! I do not usually write reviews but I’m going to make an exception this time. I have been taking my daughter to this office for the fourth time already and we love it. The staff is absolutely great and they care for the kids! The hygienist are excellent showing and instructing my daughter on how to take care of her teeth properly. Other staff is also great and very detail when it comes to explain dental treatment, always thinking and recommending what is best for her. I am glad we have found Dr Park, a single doctor practice who truly care for people. We used to go to a one of those big chain dental offices previously, where it was very inconsistent with different Doctors and their diagnosis. Dr Park is one of a kind! We highly recommend this office to everyone who comes across this review. You won’t be disappointed!
Best Pediatric Dentist ever. The spend time explaining things to parents. My son is special needs and they treat him with such care. I feel like they are family. They make everything easy. When you are a parent of a special needs child you always have anxiety about visits. My son isn't the easiest of patients. I thank God for this place after getting turned down by 3 children dentist.
We drive 40 minutes to see Dr. Park- and would follow them anywhere! My two children love to go to the dentist because of their friendly hygienists, welcoming atmosphere and beautiful office. I enjoy Dr. Park’s approach to general care of my children’s teeth to navigating orthodontics. We can’t recommend this office enough!
