This is by far the friendliest and best-run dentist office I have been to in the city. The receptionist is efficient and extremely friendly. My hygienist was Carole and she made me feel very comfortable. A true professional! The dentist I saw was Marina Rodriguez, who was extremely thorough and informative in her explanation of my treatment. Everyone seems like they genuinely enjoy working there, which feeds into the patient experience. Cannot recommend them more!
Entering this office took away all the anxiety I had of going to the dentist! They go above and beyond to make it a fun and relaxing experience for you. From the front desk interaction to the dentist themselves, all were super attentive and great. It was a very pleasant experience. I’m so glad I found this place.
Extremely accommodating, warm greetings, and most professional. The tooth health education I received over 30 years ago is why I always received a great report every 6 months that my teeth and gums are great and healthy. Everyone loves my smile
It has been very difficult to find a dentist that I trust in the city. Dr. Rodriguez was recommended to me by a friend and I will never go to anyone else. She’s very talented, so kind, and incredibly gentle. She genuinely cares about her patients and even gives me a hug when she sees me. The staff is also incredible. Everyone at Park South Dentistry is beyond helpful. They know my name when I call and even ask how I'm doing. I think it says a lot about an office of any kind when the staff is loyal. Park South Dentistry is doing everything right.
Had such an amazing experience, do I had the worst pain bc my wisdom teeth all decided to pop up at the same time and were causing my teeth pain because I didnt have enough space for more teeth to grow. They helped remove them, some were even broken within the gums and its not a easy removal process. 2 other offices turned me away. If you’re looking for a place that has experienced dentist, who go above and beyond, look no more. Thank you all for the help!
I cant say enough good thing, Everything from the atmosphere to the staff. I've been to a handful of dentist offices in New York and this has been by far my best experiences. They really took the time to make sure I was taken care of. Thank You <3
Bad customer service, won’t be coming back after several years of patronage, bc of convenience. Something came up and had to reschedule, I was told by the front office staff that i can reschedule and waive the no show fee since this was the first time. They still charged the fee later. I called in several times to get the problem resolved and they disregarded that fact. Tried to speak to the office admin - they wouldn’t take my call. Tried to talk to the staff on call that day, but they said “they don’t know who was working that day”. Rude and unhelpful front office. find a dental office that works weekends and won’t upsell. office will try to upsell or add unnecessary procedures to your visit e.g. injections, extra xrays, and added treatments. eligibility checks are not completed before an office visit. like an honest mechanic, you should have an honest dentist.
Olga and staff are wonderful! Of course Dr L is the best! His Asst forgot her name is great also! Been with them for many years!
Most dentist dont do extractions, thank hod i came across park south! I was in pain for a week looking for a dental place that will help me. Thank you to the team for being so sweet and helping me so quick!
Very disappointed I came here , I was misinformed by one of the receptionist about what my insurance coverage so I wasn’t even able to get the extraction I need. After getting X-rays I was asked if I wanted a cleaning because “my insurance covers two cleanings” so I was told by the doctor who did my cleaning so of course I said sure because I was under the impression that my insurance covered it. After I was done I had to sit down with the insurance person to speak about how much my extraction would be and she started by giving me a break down of all these other work apparently I need for my teeth and how much my insurance would cover and how much I would pay out of pocket, I then told her my biggest concern is the one tooth I know I need extracted and everything else wasn’t my biggest concern at the moment she then tells me my insurance doesn’t cover extractions at all and I would have to pay for that out of pocket $800 so I told her the I was misinformed by one of the receptionist because I was told that my insurance does cover the extraction MY ONLY REASON FOR COMING THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE and she didn’t really seem to acknowledge that at all so I told her I can’t afford that and I wasn’t interested now two weeks later they’re trying to bill me for almost $700 for them taking X-rays, and a cleaning ! I had to call my insurance and make a dispute because I’m definitely not paying them because they’re staff is incapable of giving out the right information I would’ve never came here if I knew they were going to charge me all this money for them to have not helped me with anything highly disappointed cause I could’ve went to my regular dentist for X-rays and a cleaning all I wanted was an extraction that I was told my insurance would cover.
