Love having the convenience of a store downstairs and dry cleaning services! Great location!
Parking deck is used for a storage facility. Tenants store Tires, Propain tanks, gasoline containers and rubbish. To much to list here. The board of directors do not hold HOA mananger accountable . Its to bad for such a nice area. Low class.

the gym is good but how it does not have a punching bag it needs one please put one park towers we need a punching bag
Terrible, Just Plain terrible. The building reeks of trash on Friday and please don't have any new shoes because they will be ruined by dog poop in elevators and on sidewalks. RENTERS BEWARE: William Bill Dunn in Park Towers is a con artist. His only goal is to steal your money for his advantage. You have been warned!!
