Living here is ok. Some reviews are a little bias. Those are personal issues that people have within themselves. Most of the neighbors are friendly and always speaking. I wish I spoke Spanish so that I could talk a little more. My hi as turned into hola. I put in my work orders and maintenance come in fair amount of time. 1-2 days. Of course for emergency it’s faster. As far a the shooting, that was family dispute. Which the apartment community was saddened by. One thing that I do like seeing is the kids outside playing. Kids need to play outside.

Terrible, from management to the heavy roach infestation. Don't even think about seeing your deposit back. The prices are so steep you can rent a loft in LA for what you pay here. The rent will increase every year, every single year, with an additional deposit. Management is rude I honestly don't know how they stay employed.

The appts are not that good.They have things that have been here for who know how long.Marrha the manager is rude,I experienced my self.Last wk there was a killing in the appt that are secure,sorry to say,the security guard that has to have the building secure,all he does drink coffee and smoke his cigarettes, so is that security.We have to pay for their mistake, my personal opinion the only reason that I moved here it was an emergency, not for paying where I lived at,I sold my house so that was my reason.So be careful because her husband works here,it doesn't matter if your white black or Hispanic, like Martha told me Marijuana is legal,plus the security guard suppose to walk all the premises I've seen him just drink coffee and smoke . I can add more but just talking about the appts and management gets me sick

We lived here for a total of 45 days. They try to keep your full security deposit by saying ridiculous charges. $200 cleaning fee for a 750sqft apartment. $100 for touch up paint which is illegal in California as it's considered normal wear and tear. They take advantage of their tenants. We took video of the unit before we took position of it and we took video of the unit after leaving it in the same condition we got it in, I advise you to do the same if you choose to stay here. Be aware that they will try and keep your whole security deposit. The front office stated "they usually charge $700 for paint". It is illegal in the state of California to charge tenants for wear and tear regardless of what it says in the fraudulant contract. Besides this shady practice, they have stray cats running rampid. you can see them drinking out of the pool every morning. There are also a lot of smokers here so your living area and clothes will smell like cigarette smoke even if you don't smoke.

This place tries to scam you out of your security deposit. They are oblivious to California Law about normal wear and tear so I will teach them. In contract they say "as needed" which implies outside of normal wear and tear. They charge you no matter what, which is illegal. They have the nerve to say touch up paint costs $100 dollars. How? Like literally how, they have to itemize how it does, they can't. Also a cleaning fee of $200, even though the apartment was returned to the state in which we took possession. I reccomend taking video before and after because that is what the court will need to prove their con. Thankfully I do have video of before and after. They are a couple tenants away from getting a fat class action lawsuit. Thinking they can bully you out of your security deposit is not going to happen. California is a tenant friendly state. Normal wear and tear is your right as a tenant, remember that because they choose to ignore it.

I have lived here since 2016 . I absolutely love the Management Team as well as the maintenance. They are very friendly and professional! They are caring ! And I love how they always have activities for the children. Dog friendly. Miss Martha and Yulissa love . Thank you

This place is pretty run down. The parking lot and people with give you a ghetto feel. People work on their old cars in the parking lot and kids take up the outside areas like it's their backyard. There is a security guard at night, only reason they deserve the 1 star

Horrible....so many people live in one apartment one place has 10 people and there all 2 bedrooms and parking is worst the back is full of junk that don't work people just park the grounds keeper just details his truck once a week I don't think he dosen't anything else ...uggg I can go on but what's the point

Beautiful apartments, nice friendly staff, pet friendly. What more can you ask?
