Parker's Philly Water Ice

Parker’s Water Ice was delicious. The pricing is reasonable, too. We stopped by for a quick treat. Valencia was so helpful as we discussed flavors and had samples of the water ice before buying. They also serve funnel cakes and fried Oreos. You can get a punch card and on Tuesday you receive two punches for your purchase. We will definitely return!! 😋

Delicious and different offerings than the usual ice cream shop. Really like the location, but wish there was more going on nearby during the week. Hours are limited due to this, understandably, along with it being winter.

My recent trip to the store was very disappointing. The butter pecan was tasteless. The German chocolate tasted like coconut, the chocolate milk shake didn't even taste like chocolate. How do you mess up chocolate? The artificial cherry flavor tasted nearly as bad as the chemical after taste. We will never return. The employees were very pleasant.
