When it closes at 6PM, they mean it. You get trapped in the garage. There are not enough signs to tell you this, there's some printed paper signs that say "Open 8-6" and then literally in fine print it tells you that you'll be locked in after closing. And we were lucky to even get there when we did which was around 7 because the doors into the garage were locked when we tried to get back in. We had left to go and call the number on the door and the number was out of service. There was another group of people who were also trapped in there when we were so at least we were not totally alone, but we had a flight that night and so we had to get a lyft to the airport. And if we had gotten to the garage any later we wouldn't have been able to get our luggage out of the car. My brother lives in the area so he was not going on the flight but he had to get a hotel room and will be late to work. The PMI website also offered no help, it looks like it was made in 2005 and has no information on what to do in this situation. The garage is also closed on weekends, so if this were to happen to you on a Friday you would be trapped for several days. Absolutely awful, what type of parking garage closes like this and offers no type of recourse. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

Renting a spot online was SO MUCH CHEAPER than my hotel's parking charge, and they were parking in this same exact lot for twice the amount I paid online. When I moved the car at the end of our visit, I did spot some sketchy fools trying to break into a car, but I alerted the staff and they took care of it. My car was safe there the whole time.

Closes at 6pm, not 10 pm as shown on Google maps.  Update your hours.

Easy parking, half the cost of pier six.

Very rude parking attendant for no reason on multiple occasions I have parked here.
