Parklane Mattresses

Very disappointing. I bought an Ironwood mattress from the Clackamas store 08/5/2019. less than two years old and I'm sleeping in a trough. The company said sorry that's not covered under warranty. My wife who is 123lbs is also sleeping in a trough. This company does not back up their brand like they preach in the store. A mattress should hold up more than year or two. So, much for supporting local business. They only want your money and don't care about their customers or their product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Purchased a mattress 5 years ago. Wanted to upgrade and found out they had an amazing warranty where they refund you the cost of the old mattress when you buy a new one! Not only that, they came and delivered the new one and took the old one!! This place is AMAZING, it’s a Portland based company where the mattresses are made locally and I recommend you buy your mattress HERE!!! Thanks Parklane.

After dealing with pushy sales people and feeling very uncomfortable at the big box mattress stores, I dragged my husband into Parklane. We should have gone here first. Vincent was incredibly helpful without being pushy and let us lay, roll around and test their beds for an hour without any pressure to purchase. Not only was the product superior, but the cost was much lower than the other stores. The delivery team was on time, worked quickly and wore booties to keep the carpet clean. We've only had our mattress for a week but already we are sleeping better and waking up painfree. Vincent warned us of a breaking in period but so far we haven't noticed and are sleeping better than ever. Even if it wasn't a good fit, knowing we have a 90 day trial period and a 15 year warranty gives us peace of mind. I will never go to or recommend another mattress store ever again!

Purchased a bed from the Happy Valley location a couple of years ago, and I am very satisfied with the bed. I did however have a small issue or question, and called the store. The person to whom I spoke was very knowledgeable and in the matter of only a minute or two suggested an answer to my issue, and it turned out to be the correct one. Quality merchandise and a well trained and friendly staff, a perfect combination!

I just got a mattress from Parklane adventure 2.0 $680 and the bed makes me sweat like crazy, when I called to return the mattress they said I could not return it but I could exchange it for something else. They would not give me my money back period! Now I’m stuck with a $680 that sucks! I will never go to Parklane or would I EVER recommend going here. The sales person was Peter. Thanks for nothing Peter.

If you hate the pushy sales tactics of normal mattress stores go here. They don't rush you and do their best to make sure you are fitted with the right one prior to buying. I have recommended this place to family. local company and I think family owned I've had my mattress for about 6months now and love it.

Picked up a bed frame at the warehouse. Very prompt service and friendly.
