Parkwood Development

My aunt past a few years ago and our family didn't know she had property; well we would have been responsible for city fees and tax liens, Parkwood contacted the family at the perfect time and we were able to come out of this debt free and even a small profit. Thank you guys! God bless you!

I had little to no plans to sell ,but, Parkwood reached out with a fair offer. After discussing over the course of a couple of weeks, we came to an agreement. Their Closing Coordinator was extremely professional and answered all my questions. The entire company works with you as a novice seller and are very nice overall.

I am getting calls of concern from my elderly neighbor regarding this obnoxiously pushy company somehow tracking down the children and grand children about any interest is selling their family home. Back off, bottom feeders!

They are not professional at all they came to my house three days before closing on the property say they brought the my house which was left to my two boys and there father then have the nerve to ask for eight hundred a month when they never came on the inside of my house and to be honest this is not worth eight hundred a month

I did not appreciate Parkwood Development's sleazy practice of acquiring my private mobile telephone number for making cold calls to me. I view this business as disreputable.

Looking forward to the astro-turf being re-installed at their 'park-wood' development site behind my house in Midtown.
