Parris Jewelers

The people at Parris are very easy to work with. They listen intently to their customers needs and are very knowledgeable about their products. They also aren't pushy or "too good" for anyone. I bought my fiancé's engagement ring and wedding band and I never had any issues. They gave me approximate dates on when items would be in, or done, or sized and then gave me a call to let me know of such things. I haven't experienced any place better! Highly reccomend!

Walked into a friendly atmosphere and found what I was looking for after 5 minutes in the store. It was close to closing time but I never felt rushed. Sweet & helpful employees!

My husband purchased a ring for me 3 years ago from Parris Jewelers. It was beautiful & perfect. I was working in the yard and got a prong stuck, resulting in a loose diamond. I was in town shopping at a local boutique and decided to run in the jewelry store near it and ask to have the prong adjusted. They told me a day or so, to which I agreed for convenience. I went to pick up the ring two days later and they charged me $600. I They had totally redone the part of my ring that holds the diamond without my permission. I didn't want to cause a scene, so I paid and left. The workmanship was awful. I have no training in jewelry repair but was in tears when I looked at the underside of my ring. The gold was globbed and not smooth. I immediately took it to Mr. Phillip at Parris Jewelers. I showed him the ring . He sat down with me and discussed my options to correct the damage done. This was a $700 job to correct it with labor and materials. He only charged me $300 basically the gold to replace what had to be dug out and corrected. He spent 5 hours getting my ring perfect. He did this out of the goodness of his heart because I made a bad judgement call stopping in and having an inexperienced jeweler in a well-established store work on my ring. He never talked down to me because I went elsewhere. I was very impressed with his professionalism. Never did he say a negative remark about his competition that messed up my ring. Instead he focused on what we needed to do to fix it. My ring is back to perfect and maybe even better. I will never allow another jeweler to work on my stuff and we will never shop anywhere else.

Parris Jewelers went out of their way to match a stone similar to one's in my earrings and then designed the perfect setting in a pendant. They are always helpful and professional when reaching out to them and their finished product superb.
