Dropped off a small piece first week of April as a mother day gift. Had to pick up the piece may 17 as nothing had been done. Don't waste your time staff is too old and too few to run a professional business. Go to hot rods upholstery. Faster service better price.

Claims 35 years experience and convertible top specialist. Hired him to install a new convertible top on my car I have had for 29 years. Took car to him so he could look at it, see every thing it would need and quote price. Even with an appointment to have job done took longer than he said costing me extra trip and expenses. When I took car in the frame did not rattle when I got car back the frame rattles which is VERY annoying. Twice, with me standing there, he walked directly on my light gray cloth seats with dirty boots causing me to have to clean seats, WHO DOES THAT !!! He put top on off center which can not be fixed, that caused passenger door window to hit convertible top when door opens and closes plus other problems. He then said it needs a new rear bow seal that he should have checked the first time I brought car in which cost me another trip and expenses. He said 2 straps that pull last frame bar into place when top is up had stretched so he charged me to shortened them, he shortened straps so much top would not close unless a lot of force was used which resulted in top coming unglued at front center after I left which meant another trip back and expenses to have top glued back. The extreme pressure on the straps caused the straps to pull loose from the frame which I had to fix plus I had to undo what he did to the straps and shorten them half the length he shortened them in order to close the top. A terrible, frustrating and extra costly experience. I not only paid a lot of extra time and money but my car can not be fixed. He got frustrated due to the poor job he did and I paid for it. Time for him to retire and he knows it.

I wouldn't take my "baby" G35 Coupe anywhere else! Ginny, Clay and everyone can be trusted to make your upholstery look perfect at a very reasonable price. I can't say enough good things about Parrott Upholstery!
