Partners in Care offers private home care with highly trained compassionate Certified Home Health Aides, Registered Nurses, Physical Therapists and Geriatric case managers in New York City, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and Rockland Counties.

Operated by the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, Partners in Care serves more New Yorkers who need home care and provide more hours of employment for Home Health Aides than any other agency.
